OMG Breville software is the worst – Trying to get this programmed and working via wi fi is just horrendous. Keeps on changing it's advice, keeps on asking for the same password when it does not succeed. Must be better than this

Works like a charm – I bought this as a present for my wife even though I was far from convinced we needed one. It's very quiet in operation. She perceives it as effective. I find the blue LED lights at the top of the unit annoying, so she solved that by placing it on the floor. Overall a well designed product that does what it claims to. The tip about vacuuming the filters is good, as to pay A$59.95 for a replacement would be far too much.

Great but a bit glitchy – I bought this for my husband recently as he suffers allergies etc. He has it in his bedroom and says that he notices the difference in the air quality - much better. Although, it does have some glitches. The night mode has a mind of its own and sometimes goes up to the highest setting which obviously wakes him up. It has turned off a few times as well and it's not an electricity dip because he also uses a cpap machine and that would cut out also. I bought one for my daughter's boyfriend too and he seems to like it also. Not sure if his is glitchy though.
