I am very satisfied with the speed and quality of the delivery. The Breville the Easy Air™ Connect Purifier was delivered the same day and the courier rang the doorbell, while the Waterpik Cordless Advanced 2.0 arrived earlier than expected, but in that case the courier did not ring the doorbell.
The products arrived in good condition and were well packaged.
However, I have serious concerns regarding delivery security. Parcels are left unattended at the front door without supervision and without requiring a signature or personal handover. This means that anyone can easily take the package before I collect it.
Because of this, I do not feel safe continuing to order in this way, as a customer I do not have sufficient protection if a parcel goes missing after being left at the front door.
Follow-up · Thanks for asking. After using it for a longer period, my opinion is still very positive. Does it filter well? Yes. It noticeably improves the air quality and helps reduce dust and odours. The air feels fresher, especially after it has been running for a while. How was setup? Setup was quick and straightforward. The instructions were clear, and I had it running within a few minutes. Is it noisy? No. On the lowest setting it is very quiet and I can comfortably leave it running overnight while sleeping. Higher fan speeds are naturally louder, but still acceptable when faster air cleaning is needed. Overall, I remain very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend it.

OMG Breville software is the worst – Trying to get this programmed and working via wi fi is just horrendous. Keeps on changing it's advice, keeps on asking for the same password when it does not succeed. Must be better than this

Works like a charm – I bought this as a present for my wife even though I was far from convinced we needed one. It's very quiet in operation. She perceives it as effective. I find the blue LED lights at the top of the unit annoying, so she solved that by placing it on the floor. Overall a well designed product that does what it claims to. The tip about vacuuming the filters is good, as to pay A$59.95 for a replacement would be far too much.

Great but a bit glitchy – I bought this for my husband recently as he suffers allergies etc. He has it in his bedroom and says that he notices the difference in the air quality - much better. Although, it does have some glitches. The night mode has a mind of its own and sometimes goes up to the highest setting which obviously wakes him up. It has turned off a few times as well and it's not an electricity dip because he also uses a cpap machine and that would cut out also. I bought one for my daughter's boyfriend too and he seems to like it also. Not sure if his is glitchy though.
