their car park was full. They were actually defensive, as if I had somehow wronged them. It seems to much to ask for my car to be returned in the same condition it was 4 hours earlier. Not good enough bridge Toyota Palmerston!!!

agreeing to purchase even is a bit expensive and to resolve the problem / issue of my hilux.. 2023 the new cluster was Arived and installed but the problem or issue of my hilux is still they same . I was talk to the service advisor and he told me he will order the new cluster because maybe did not mature when they fitted inn . And still in warranty … 2024 service of my hilux I was follow up then he told me the new cluster is not broken .. then I’ve booked my hilux to check it again and he called me to come over and have a look while the fuel tank is down but I did not coming in .. they said everything is fine nothing wrong with it.. … I spent my time and money to get it fixed for my hilux but until now the issue still there didn’t fixed..

New car service, Toyota loan car charges $55/day!!! – Feel bad about Toyota's service, when I did my 1000km inspection service, I am an early work so could not deliver my car at a normal working hour, so I ask could I loan a car, but need to charge $55?? why did we pay the same amount for a NEW car but why did not deserve the same service??? In NT bridge Toyota provides pick up and drop off service, but they could not pick me up from Winnellie to Palmerston, the reason was out of their pick up and drop off zone limit?! Seriously? I pay $74,000 for my 2022 Prado and Is this the worst experience that we deserve service from Bridge Toyota?
