Brightgreen

Poor customer service – Brightgreen make good lighting but their follow-up service can be abysmal. I have been unable to get an email or phone call returned for several weeks. I suspect the problem is that they have discontinued support for my D900 classic downlights and so no longer supply drivers. I don't know for sure if that is the reason because they will not talk to me which leaves me not knowing if I need to start replacing my light fittings. Very frustrating.

Brilliant light quality and Tru-Colour rendering – Trevor and the team at Brightgreen were very enthusiastic, professional and knowledgeable producing an amazing lighting design while listening to our needs and preferences. The light quality from these Australian designed products is truly outstanding and has enhanced the spaces in our home. Colour quality is better than can be believed; you really need to experience in person to see the difference. Tru-Colour showcases the beauty of the materials in our renovations, and the quality of the fittings particularly gives us confidence that they’ll stand the test of time.

Great service – We specified Brightgreen D900s for our house in 2013. Two drivers failed some years later and Brightgreen supplied new ones with no fuss. We are now dealing with Trevor at Brightgreen on another project - he has been super helpful in recommending the newer Tru-Colour range of downlights. Great products. Great service.

Great quality product – High quality led light product. Well built and lasted 8 years in my house. Replaced 3 lights out of 15. I chose the same brand as I was extremely satisfied with the product- expensive but very good value
