Follow-up · The courier was Aramex. Delivery notices from the courier just stated that my parcel was delayed without explanation and no anticipated delivery date. Then the parcel was delivered within hours of receiving the delivery notice. As other work was booked, the customer had a further delay before installation. Follow-up · I am very happy with the fans I brought even though it’s winter. I always have my fan on for awhile because I get hot. I just love them. They look amazing. They work fantastic and I got them for a reasonable price. Thank you. Once again. I am thinking of getting an extra control for my bedroom because half the time I figured it on the wall and I’d have to get up and get it. But I’m so happy with it thank you so much. I really recommend them.

Follow-up · We used the fans so much last summer under our pergola. They are not noisy at all & remotes are just inside back door on the wall. We had a electrical company put them in & did a great job.

refund on one fan without success. two emails were sent and the response was still no. Please do your research and purchase from them with caution as there is no leniency with their return policy. Bunnings would have been a better option at the same price. Return was requested within 30 days of purchase. Read all the fine print before buying.

Very impressed with rapid delivery and I would giv u 5 stars but I bought 2 fans. 1 did not work on arriving. I bought 1 more which just arrived. Hoping it works. I was unable to claim for the faulty fan as I paid my sparky cash & you required his receipt.
