before I could re-order the correct size. I would have preferred to just go with another company and get my money back but they would take a 20% restocking fee. I would suggest this is because they appear to be a middle man company. You order through them, they place an order with someone else, wait for it to be delivered to them and then forward on to you. They charged me $15 for the original order shipping, $11.50 for the return shipping, and another $15 for the correct size to be shipped out. By the time I paid for all the shipping back and forth, any savings I had made by purchasing through them was well and truly lost and it ended up costing me way more. Never purchase through these guys again!!!!

I bought 3x 48" fans to replace old ones in the bedrooms and a 60" for the living room. I love how they look when they're still and when they're running. The sparky had no issues balancing them and remarked on the good quality and how quiet they are. Purchased 6 x Franco Breeze fans online. Delivered quickly and have provided a much needed update to my rooms. Opted for the AC versions to use existing wiring and switches rather than having lots of remote controls. Great pricing and quick delivery at no charge from Lighting Illusions. Follow-up · Just as a follow up - we've had the fans for a year now. They are beautiful and quiet and we've had no problems with them whatsoever. The electrician said they were good quality and easy to install. Highly recommend.
I ordered two of the same items and only one item arrived initially with no note or anything saying the other item was coming or delayed. So after a phone call I confirmed yes the other item was delayed due to stock levels but is definitely coming. So instead of me having to make a phone call why not just let me know that either via email or note. Show details · 2
Follow-up · The second item arrived shortly after maybe a few days max. The delay didn't hinder anything for us so I was happy with the end result. I've purchased a lot of things from Lighting Illusions over the last 10 years and have not been disappointed.

Absolute disgrace. Charge a 20% restocking fee which forces you to exchange rather than refund and then have the nerve to make the exchange as difficult as possible. Acacia Ridge warehouse wanted one days notice when instore said they give 10 mins notice. Then told me to come in but would take them 20 mins to process the refund & re-purchase even… Read more

I needed replacement spotlights to fit existing tracks. Visiting the MacGregor store I found them extremely helpful, listening and discussing my requirement. I bought 1 light and appropriate GU10 bulb to try at home. Pleased with the result and service provided I had no reservation in ordering 5 spotlights to complete the set, which they did over the phone and emailing the invoice for online payment. We used Lighting Illusions to purchase 2 ceiling fans, which were not in stock at a local retailer and who were awaiting a shipment with no ETA. Hence, as Lighting Illusions had the fans we were looking for, they saved us! Their price was competitive and buying online was easy.
