I had to wait for PayPal to send the rest. It wasn't until I formally threatened a PayPal dispute and cited Australian Consumer Law that they suddenly "found" the mistake and refunded the remaining balance. Passing business transaction fees onto a consumer for an order the retailer cannot fulfill is illegal and highly unethical. I wonder how many customers don't notice the missing funds? I will not be shopping here again.

One start is too generous. Purchased a product online and had to return as the electrician confirmed that it cannot be installed at my property. and I got $100 less in refund. If you try to dispute with them they will tell you that it's their policy. I guess scamming can be a policy these days.

We finally got our three pendant lights installed, and we couldn’t be happier with how they look! Ordering them was super easy, though delivery dragged on a bit—we had to chase up the courier and confirm when we wanted them dropped off. Once they arrived, though, the wait was worth it. The lights are gorgeous, well-made, and they’ve completely transformed the space. Definitely glad we chose them!

need to remove my fan from the ceiling, pull apart my fan and install a new receiver? When the whole point of my search and phone call to them was to order the correct remote so i didn't have to make extra work for myself. I expected to receive the remote only, specifically for the aviator model that would pair to the fan without the fan being removed from the ceiling and being disassembled. I paid more money specifically to order the correct remote, for my fan so i can use it straight out of the box. The cost was almost halve of what a new fan cost to buy. I should have just bought a new fan that comes with a remote paired to the fan. I feel jilted and decieved. Before writing this review i called "Online Lighting" to discuss the situation, i was not happy to find out about the refund of 15% restocking fee deduction for sending me a universal remote and sender, when specifically called them to verify the correct remote for my fan before ordering.

the out of stock items were gone. Now you might think this is all normal for a business to do, but let me tell you, I have encountered online sellers who take days to get back to you and weeks to let you know if some items are out of stock. The speed of their responses to query is honestly quite impressive and that's all anyone can really ask for when shopping online - a responsive customer service operated by HUMAN and able to answer your query respectfully and quickly. I'll post an update once the items arrive. If they are exactly as shown in the pictures, we will be getting our lights exclusively from this place...and so should you!

with a modern LED replacement? After much searching I ended up on the ONLINE LIGHTING page. They had suitable LED lights that would fit in as replacements as well as the LED driver which is also needed for LED. But I wanted to be sure first so, I asked them some technical questions, checked the LED driver was correct and then ordered. The lights arrived and fit exactly as stated and the LED driver also worked 100%. I am very happy to use them again and I was very pleased that they took the time to answer my questions before ordering anything from them, especially since I live in Perth and they are in Sydney. I will use them again should I need LED lights or Halogen replacements with LED.

Unreasonable turn arounds for returns and then no response to over 10 reach outs for our refund. Dodgy dealings making it difficult for you return, penalizing you with a restocking fee and not responding to attempts to obtain the refund.
Table Lamp KITZAF10385 Zaffero advertised online as 750mm in height, arrived as 670mm This is a much smaller version of the original lamp and NOT what we paid for !
