Such a great business to deal with. Even got a call to check that we were happy with everything. This fan is ultra quiet and lovely to look at. Love the remote control. A great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend buying a fan through this company.

Fans Online communication throughout was excellent, recognised that simple human error was at fault on both sides and did an exchange without fuss. Product description not clear, company now stalling on return – The description of a wall mounted control does not mention anywhere that its wireless. It has exactly the same functionality as the hand held remote that comes with the fan. respond via email to say wait 5 days, however so far nothing further from 17 Dec. It's not unreasonable to think that a control permanently placed in a wall is going to be physically connected to the fan to control it, especially as the description did not say anything different. Fixed now and sorted out. Description was updated on the website as well.

Very disappointing experience. Ordered the wrong part trusting their return policy. Big mistake. When asked if I opened the box I replied yes. I was then informed that there will be no refund. It is just a normal box. Not sealed or taped. It's in the same condition that I received it in. They will never see my business again.

wanted to return and exchange for an exhaust fan that would fit my roof cavity. Being a raked ceiling within skillion roof I was limited with size. The service representative ([Name Removed]) used every automated message response they had for the reasons as to why he cannot accept it back. He asked for photos of all sides. He then knocked me back on the ding that was already on the box when it was delivered to me with. What a joke lol.

This is the first time I've ever had an online company not accept a return for a brand new item unused and within 7 days of it being delivered. Only removed the tape from the top to look inside it. Product was being returned in the same condition they supplied it to me in.

But they just flat out refused. Since found another reputable company that supplied me an exhaust fan which fits my cavity.

What could've been a simple fix up.

[Name Removed] is not a good fit in customer service.

My order was process and delivered in excellent time. While installing one of he fans, the electrician noted one of the covers for a light was damaged. Fansonline replaced it and I'm one very happy customer. I will use this company in the future, and will recommend them highly to my friends.

experiences where this is almost an impossibility and costs hours of chasing to get anything changed (or not). not the case with Emz and Fansonline i'll review the fans when they are installed and i've had a little time to assess - but for now, i'm delighted with the service provided

Everything was perfect. Ordered on Friday afternoon, fan was shipped Monday and delivered Tuesday. Price was very competitive, as described. I called to ask a question before purchase, they had info on hand to assist.

Purchased ceiling fan parts and promised to be dispatched within 3 business days on their website. After several phone calls to the customer service team no clear information can be provided nor confirmation on when do expect products from their supplier. Selling something not in stock and wasting customer’s time waiting on the good may take 2-4 weeks to be delivered just simply unacceptable.

was helpful and response with my enquiry and recommended 2 brands of ceiling fans with 122cm fan blades options for me to order. I was then ordered a different brand of ceiling fan with the same blades size of 122cm and also paid $285.00 for the new fan installation cost for an electrician company to attend for the installation job. The fan was delivered and found with a minor dent on the packaging upon received from the courier company. I opened the box to inspect if there was any damaged and internal parts was found without any damages. I was hoping the get the fan being installed and did not report to Fansonline about the packaging issue. I was disappointing and frustrated when the electrician turned up on the installation appointment, and I was told that they couldn't install the fan as there is a sprinkle head in the centre of the ceiling and there was not enough space to install the fan with the restrains of the regulations. I sent an email to Fansonline immediately when the electricians left my premises, and requesting for returning the fan and get refund for the cost of the fan and installation. They refused to accept my request for the return, and the reason was the box of the fan has been opened and also charged me for a minimum cost of $110.00 even though there was no installation job has been done. I found that Fansonline cannot be trusted and not being professional as I was not informed that there will be a minimum cost to be charged if the fan was not able to install. Furthermore I won't ordered a fan and paid the installation cost if they concluded that the fan was not possible to install due to the constrains of my bedroom. I have reported my case to the Victoria Consumer Affair and I was advised that I can lodge a complaint to VCAT for the refund as thisis a consumer right, The Fansonline cannot reject the return of a new fan in good conditions. NEVER BUY any fans from Fansonline as they just wanted to get a sale from consumer and won't care if the fan can be installed and not transparent enough with their company policies.

I’m incredibly impressed with the customer service , very helpful and quick to respond. I have ordered 4 dc fans in total and saved a lot from the deals they offer . I recommend fans online and very happy to buy from them again. I have received the first fan and it looks great, I can’t believe the stores near me are selling it so expensive and fans online has such a good deal at 45% discount .

of hours, my original order had been cancelled and replaced with a different model. I placed the order on the 29th of January and it was delivered on the 2nd! one box without TOUCHING the contents and saw no light was included. I was unable to reach a service customer officer in Australia, only someone located overseas. I was unable to return the opened box, even though the contents were as originally received in every way. I was unable to access anyone in person, only by email and received sporadic replies from different people. I was unable to return the items in person to their Brisbane office as apparently this did not function for customer service. In the end I was forced to keep a product I did not want and pay expensive postage to Melbourne to return the unopened box, and was charged a handling fee for the return. Never purchase from Fansonline would be my opinion, a horrific experience I will never repeat.

Do not recommend at all. Terrible service. Bought and paid for 2 fans online. There is no way possible to leave a parcel at our house because it is secure with a high fence and gate code for access. I told them this and they wanted the gate code, which I was not comfortable giving to an overseas operated company/strangers. They then said that I… Read more

would have to pay $20 for redirection fees if I wasn't home to collect. They also said their couriers do not have phones so there was no way of knowing when the fans would be delivered so I could be home to accept them. I have NEVER heard of being charged for redelivery fees for online orders or any orders and I order a lot online. They also gave me the option of the fans being taken to a warehouse in Cavan and I could pick up from there, so I said that was fine and I would rather do that. A week later I got another email saying my order had been cancelled because I hadn't given any delivery instructions. This was despite me giving having a detailed conversation the week before as above. I rang them immediately and was extremely frustrated as I needed the fans ASAP and couldn't believe they still hadn't been sent. I got put through to someone who was obviously working from home overseas as the line was very bad and cutting in and out. Farah from their customer service is absolutely terrible and rude and continued to cancel my order despite me giving clear instructions for delivery. Do not recommend this company, they are a scam and will use every excuse to cancel your order. I still have not received a refund from my cancelled order.
