Brilliant Earth

Don't buy from this company – I paid 1/3 more for this ring than the advertised price. Not only that they didn't have the decency to honor the advertised price. When I asked about this the basically said they were not responsible for the advertised price as it was a third party even though the "3rd parties "advertisement" went to their website. The advertising is misleading and deceptive. I have sent email requesting a refund of the extra i paid above the advertised price.

To add insult to injury the ring I ordered was certainly not what I expected it was the tiniest /thinnest ring I have ever seen. Not only that the "diamonds" can only be seen using a magnifying glass/telescope and the band is very thin. (When my ring came in the diamonds where chips and looked nothing like the gemstone on the website pictures are misleading) Extremely disappointed with item, cost and email responses.

FOLLOW up

After many promises through emails and phone calls conversations over 4 or 5 days. I am still waiting for the correct paperwork to be forwarded to me to return item. There are constant promises that i will receive the paperwork with in 24 hours (still waiting).

The steps they advised to return item 1 I need to call them 2 They send foreign shippers declaration of US goods 3 Then they will send return labels 4 Then I can send item back so this system takes about a week and then another week for them to receive (by this time 30 days return policy could be up.

So far I 1 called them and emailed them heaps of times. 2 They sent incorrect foreign shippers declaration of US goods I asked them to fix it as I was not signing something that is incorrect. Still waiting

They just give excuse after excuse.
