My wife and I bought ladies watches at this outlet today and was graciously looked after by Josie. This store never disappoints providing best price. I have bought a number of watches at Linda & Co (once at Rhodes and now twice at Macquarie) and I will surely come back again for any future purchases.

half years old, I wasn't prepared to pay this. After a discussion with Consumer Affairs, they advised me to speak to LINDA & CO to negotiate a settlement. I tried and was rebuffed. welcome , providing all theirs knowledge and never feeling under pressure to buy. In my last interaction I had an issue with one watch i purchased from Linda & Co. I accidentally caused a small damage so i went back to see if anything could be done. Well long story short, even if I caused the damage, the staff was incredibly helpful and willing to get a solution. They went out of their way to assist me in solving the problem. Particularly the store manager at Ultimo, Michael, was the person taking upon the all operation to make sure everything went smoothly taking care of everything single step. Michael even went above that by reassuring me every time i had a question and promising me he would look after my watch like if it was his own. And indeed he did. The all process was flawless. Michael’s a really passionate person who makes the process of finding the right ring a truly memorable experience, and he explains complicated things in an easy to understand way that makes you feel looked after and at ease as a customer.

We’ve travelled interstate to come back to see Michael again in 2022 to help us choose our wedding bands, cause he’s just that good at what he does. Highly recommend!

Update 2024: Unfortunately things have not been good since we had both our wedding bands made by Linda and Co. Poor workmanship and incorrect sizing issues . My wife lost stones from her ring and my scratch resistant ring has lots of scratches from normal use. Having to constantly chase up Linda and Co has been a nightmare to resolve these issues over many months. Sad to say I’d recommend going elsewhere.

it took a week to arrive even though I paid extra for signature on delivery. I’m sure if you’re shopping person it’s a better experience. I hope that the item I bought is trouble free as I know it’s going to be hard to actually speak to a real person. In hindsight, I would rather go into a store and make a purchase of this kind.

Do not buy from this company. They are dishonest – I purchased from their website and then wrote the next day cancelling the order. I heard nothing back and thought the cancellation had gone through. Five days later I received a message from them saying they had shipped the order and that was followed by a postal service notification that the product had been picked up from their shop. immediately called the store and explained the situation, that I had cancelled the order. Even though they acknowledged receiving my email, they argued and lied, saying they had shipped the item before they received my email cancellation! They refused to let me return the item, lied to deny they had made a mistake, were rude and hung up on me. I wrote to them several times and called. But got ZERO response from them. I've had to put a claim through my credit card company because of this. I will NEVER buy from this store again.

A good experience, perfect customer service until accused of stealing – Michael (the manager) was initially very charming and helpful before accusing me of taking excess gold from shortening a gold bracelet. accused by this business of intentionally taking a few grams of gold to scam the business after many friendly and honest chats about the purchase. On principle you should be returned any gold after alterations.

Linda & Co claim to match prices of competitors. I found a seiko prospex on a competitors website this weekend. I sent in the link etc and waited two days, when they finally got back to me the sale was over and Linda & Co wouldn't price match despite screenshot. Google still even had the sale price showing. quality of the rings are flawless and I get asked by people where I got my rings from on a daily basis. I cannot recommend these two any higher. If you want to be treated like a genuine human, obtain real quality and flawless jewellery at very reasonable prices, honestly you cannot look any further.
