They offered a ‘discount’ for their error and our inconvenience and, over the phone, it was made to sound that we would not need to pay any more than what we had already paid. This was definitely not the case. The invoice arrived and when the previous conversation was pointed out, they said this was not the case and discounted $100 off and a free service. We are obviously still paying for the delivery of the wrong one. The service person who came to install the wrong one, said as the correct part was half the size of the wrong one, we should expect a large discount. This is definitely not the case. When this was said to the ‘office’ staff, it was pointed out that the service person should not have said this. At the beginning of all consultations, it was pointed out that a member of the household had just been diagnosed with cancer and had to undergo major surgery. It was also pointed out that street parking would be difficult for this person to get in and out the car as our street is very hilly. This made no difference at all. We even offered to pay for a speedier delivery of the part. This was not considered. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the service I received from you guys. The product is first class (so quiet and smooth!) and the service has been excellent. Very good company – We had an automatic garage door installed. They installed it without any problems and were very professional. We then had 2 problems and they fixed them under warranty without any problems.
