I received excellent service, products and solution to my problem quickly. The young gentleman who arrived was delightful, friendly and quietly spoken. I was pleased to use him as when he called, promptly after I was promised a call back, he was respectful and helpful. I had three doors repaired that included new doorknobs, deadlocks and screen lock. All done within the hour seamlessly. I would recommend the young man and the company.

I had a really great experience here from start to finish. Everything was well organised and ran smoothly, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, always willing to answer questions. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and enjoyable experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Brisbane City Locks. While the technical work on the locks was completed, the technician’s behavior was completely unacceptable. After finishing the job, the locksmith began swearing and using aggressive language right in front of my young family. As a parent, my first priority is the safety and comfort of my children, and having a service provider behave so unprofessionally in our home was incredibly distressing.

It is one thing to provide a service, but it is another to show such a lack of basic respect and decorum in a client’s private residence. We felt very uncomfortable, and I will not be using this company again. I strongly suggest management look into their staff's conduct, as this is no way to treat customers—especially those with children present.
