Just a heads up to anyone considering buying from Brisbane Motorcycles. I had a serious issue with my brand new limited edition Ducati Scrambler that was damaged when delivered- dealing with the dealership was an incredibly frustrating experience. Communication was poor, the matter dragged on for 4 months where they had my bike and my money, and… Read more

there was effectively no customer service or ownership of the issue. When I suggested a brand new bike should be delivered undamaged I was told ‘we don’t always get what we want’.

If you look at the online reviews, you’ll see I’m far from the only customer who has had problems with after-sales service there.

Just sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before buying. Never again.

Dom, the salesman went out of his way when the delivery driver was out sick, and jumped on a UTE to deliver my new Honda Navi a 2 hour drive away. Thank you!

Total Rip-Off – Ordered Jan 30, Still No Helmet Feb 12, Told "What Do You Expect us to do about it". Bought a helmet from Brisbane Motorcycles on Jan 30, paid full price. 13+ days later: nothing shipped, no tracking, no email, zilch. Called twice—got dismissed with "what do you expect us to do about it?" China packages ordered same day already… Read more

Ordered something online. 2 months no parcel, no tracking information, no response, no communication at all. Had to open a dispute through payment processor. After seeing the other reviews I should've never purchased from this business at all to begin with.

Going anywhere else but here. The owner, James Mutton, is running these dealerships into the ground. Terrible customer service, egregious sales tactics, dishonest staff. Show details

No communication, multiple phone calls, no one calls back, no one answers the phone, left on hold then cut off multiple times. Account activation is awful. on-line information incorrect Product never arrived. arrived within a week, Brisbane motorcycles product never arrived and I'm only a couple of hours up the road on the Fraser Coast!! Brisbane Motorcycles would have been my local dealership for service and parts but I will definitely never deal with you again. No management on-site to deal with a complaint Brisbane Motocycle's feels like an online scam Left my number see if anyone wants to call me to get some customer feedback I feel very let down by Brisbane Motocycle's Multiple Branches. Look for this repeated review on-line, Facebook ETC pretty much everywhere I can stick it really Only positive was the lady I dealt with was very professional although ultimately couldn’t help

Unbelievable! Ordered a click and collect to pick up from Windsor. After a week I hadn't heard anything so I rang to find out what was happening. I couldn't believe their attitude, they simply could not be less interested in helping me. Apparently the item was waiting for me at Caboolture! I was told I'd have to chase it up myself, like it wasn't… Read more

their problem! The Caboolture store was a little more helpful but wasn't able to say where my item was or when/where I could pick it up. Thankfully Paypal was quick to refund my payment.

I was thankful that it was only a small order and was resolved quickly, no thanks to Brisbane Motorcycles. Reading some of these reviews I see that I got off lightly. After dealing primarily with MXStore I've become spoilt and complacent, their online store just works and is a credit to them. It was a timely reminder to check the reviews next time before dealing with any new store. As for Brisbane Motorcycles, if it says it's in stock, it's probably not, and regardless, they couldn't care less anyway. Good luck with that attitude!

Don't waste your time....Website says "Please allow 2-3 business days for our team to dispatch your order", 5 days later and still no movement and no contact. Made 3 calls today and all calls I waited 10+ minutes on hold(conversations were only a minute or 2 long). I cancelled order and rang their supplier(Serco) and items were paid for and ordered in 10 minutes. Do yourself a favour and scroll on by their website/Dealership. Show details

Dishonest/ deceptive. After confirming multiple times all prices I gave my partners details to pay. They over charged him. After seeing this on the paper work Nathan said if I refund you, you won't get your bike till late, I said can he offer boots or jacket instead? He said he was happy to give me a jacket and asked size, colour etc. Promised… Read more

On delivery I ran out in the rain and asked the delivery guy where my Jacket was. He said they had to order my size in After Xmas hols. On follow up.... -I was told that they would have management [Name Removed] contact me regarding the jacket and over a week later I had to phone back. -Documentation and history notes where not kept correctly. - The sales guy [Name Removed] lied saying the conversation never happened. - Refusal from [Name Removed] in management to check the validity of what I was saying with the delivery driver [Name Removed].

Excellence Again – I purchased a new motorcycle from Brisbane motorcycles Windsor and have been treated with excellence ever since. This morning I had a battery problem and spoke to mechanic Byron Palmer. After 3 years life he could have easily sold me a new battery and I would have fell for it. But instead he told me the facts and rode off with the right knowledge,… Read more

Brisbane City Motorcycles Caboulture - don't leave a deposit you may wait a long time to get it back or worse – Bought my H2 SX from them in September and was told a charge of $1040 for delivery of the bike and collection of my trade in NSW would occur. Asked them a week before if i could come and collect and was told the $1040 would be refunded from my bill. Collected the bike and asked to fill out a form for refund and have been following up since… Read more

DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS A CENT UNLESS ITS THE TOTAL OF WHAT YOU ARE BUYING AND DONT BELIEVE ANY PROMISES. They will keep pushing back until you give up... des make me wonder how the business must be doing if this is a tactic for $1k

Poor service – I purchased a motorcycle that was faulty and I was not informed of the fault. They tried to fix it and failed. They then told me I could pay to have they motorcycle looked at further or I could contact their purchasing officer about buying the bike back. I do not recommend using this dealership for purchase or servicing. Show details

Poor service from service centre – I had booked my bike in for a standard service originally on the 26/Jan/24. Google said the place was still open so I thought nothing of it being Australia Day and was annoyed to find their doors closed when I showed up. I called the next day at 1pm and was disappointed to be told by the dealership side of the shop that the service team had gone… Read more

home despite their website saying they’re open until 2pm on Saturdays. I called the following week and after mentioning that I was booked in for a day they were closed I was simply asked when I would like to re-book. After finally having my bike serviced, I was charged $110 more than the quoted amount where I realise the quote must not have included parts. I put that down just to an error in communication but it was still a bit annoying. The day after the service I was having a more thorough look through my invoice to find that the kms on the invoice were 1,618km short of what I really had on my bike. Although an odd error, this was annoying as it can cause issues with an extended warranty that I have on the bike requiring a service every so many km’s. I tried calling the next day to no answer from the service centre. When the dealership answered the phone they told me they’d take my number and ask the service centre to call me back when they get the chance. That didn’t happen. I want to keep going through this shop because my first visit was good and the staff in the shop upstairs have been great but my last visit really put me off as I don’t want to go through these troubles again, especially when they put me at risk of my warranty being voided.

Fantastic in every aspect – I recently bought a 2nd hand Moto Guzzi California Touring. Dealt with Greg. As I bought unseen, (I live 1100kms away) I had to rely on what he told me along with photos of the bike. No good deals – Windsor or Caboolture are both interested in money only. They don’t care for repeat business or customer service. Caboolture “we don’t do deposits, you either buy or don’t”. Windsor, “yes we do deposits to hold”. Was told it’s a family business who run them both but apparently the way they run them is different apart from them both wanting as much… Read more

as they can get from you. Windsor overload their mechanics and they are overworked. If you have something you want, don’t support this supposed “family business” go give your hard earned money to people who remember why we ride in the first place. 10 year ago you could buy a bike from here and you’d become a part of a family, where they’d negotiate and you’d come back buy other bikes and recommend to your family and friends. They had rapport and knew you at first name. Some of us still want to buy from people like this… and this was a good way for business to continue.
