absolute desperation we have had to contact Hot Springs Australasia head office New Zealand, however for some very concerning reason they to are distancing themselves from Brisbane Spa Centre - begs the question as to why I can’t simply be given what I have paid for. Their sales team will be all over you like a rash and drop you like a hot potato once they’ve pocketed the money. Be extremely cautious if you intend to deal with this business. Stay well clear of Hot Spring Spas as they offer NO customer support. God help us when the time arrives for support/service, perish the thought! Recently friends decided not to run with this lot for obvious reasons, however purchased from Spa World with a very positive experience.

Highly recommend – Honest, transparent, down to earth company that really go out of their way to give you a great customer experience. Matt and Annie were amazing. The quality of the spa was 10/10.
