Baby Uncomfortable in it most times – Baby always screams in the car seat. Most of the time uncomfortable and restless. We have tried adjusting it, tried taking out insert etc. Was professionally installed as well. Sometimes baby manages to sleep but 90% of the time she is screaming in pain. Do not recommend – We bought this in 2018, for our first child having researched extensively. Our baby screamed blue murder every time she was put in it from about 6weeks old. re-checked. Eventually we swapped it out for Mother’s Choice and wow she was all of a sudden a dream in the car! Second baby came this year, 2021. We kept the safe n sound Seat for second bub. Second bub lasted about 18 weeks before she started to scream blue murder , like a continuous high pitched pain scream and she’d near pass out from screaming. Please note we had it professionally fitted (both times), and the seat harness and angel was checked by a professional. This seat has caused us a lot of stress, and we will Once again be buying a different one as car travel has become anxiety inducing. Perhaps the straps are uncomfortable, perhaps the seat gets too warm, perhaps the angle and depth of the seat itself causes cramping on tiny tummies/hips/spine/shoulder. I’m not sure. But for comfort and sanity purposes I give this a low score - it almost caused us to have car accidents having screaming babies in pain crying out for help when trying to drive. It’s also very bulky, difficult to adjust and difficult to Get baby in and out.

Poor quality cover – This is the second Britax product I have bought (I had the capsule which straps are now getting stuck but was good at the time I purchased the second chair) and I had a relative and two friends buy this product upon my recommendation. Britax as they had good safety ratings but am concerned where a simple thing like the cover is not durable whether the quality of the seat is any good. I am in need of a third seat now, but will be trying a different brand.

The latch needs work – Bought two Graphene + for second baby. I have two Millenia car seats from 2018. I love the Millenia and I really like the slim design of the graphene +. think britax should give EVERY + model a car seat protector. For the price of the plus it should be in there. Very surprised when I opened up the box that they were not there. It looks like it only comes with the Millenia + now which is disappointing. Luckily I have 2 from my prev millenias to use with the graphene as the wear and tear on leather is not great.

Overall the graphene is great for slim design. I like the stitching and padding of the model and the height. Just need to improve the weird latch and the head rest leaver it again bulky hard and heavy to operate.

Fits well in my Suzuki Vitara Turbo 2018 – I purchased this car seat on sale from Baby Bunting for $499 which was a little expensive but it can be used from birth up to 4 years old. position. I was looking for a seat that was compact and this seat was recommended by staff at Baby Bunting and also a representative from Britax which demonstrated how the seat worked which was useful as this was my first time buying a baby car seat.

The seat can be installed using the seat belt or isofix both which suit my car. This seat has great safety ratings which is one of the main reasons I purchased this car seat.

When installed using the seat belt it is difficult to put my baby in the car seat (it was ok when he was a newborn but he is now 3 months old and it is difficult to maneuver him around the seat belt, so i now have it installed using the isofix points).

Not sure if it is really suitable for my baby as he is very long (would be better than a capsule style car seat but I feel he may become too long for this carseat in rear facing position and I may have to turn him to forward facing sooner that I originally planned to).

Overall a good car seat with a good safety rating that fits well inside medium sided cars.

It’s good but no need to spend $700 – Baby looks safe and comfortable which is the main priority But my biggest issue is for $700 is doesn’t come with any sort of cover to store away or to travel with that’s another $100 on top that seems really unfair you’d expect for this amount of money it would come in something. Show details
