Brite Decking

NOT BRITE AT ALL – After deciding and purchasing Brite boards I was sent screws to fix to a steel frame, when timber screws were ordered. I rang sale manager who informed me the right screws would be sent express post that afternoon, that did not happen. I decided to change design a bit so more boards were ordered, and I made the 3 hour trip to pick up boards and screws that were not sent. After leaving depot an hour up the road I got a call to tell me the boards I picked up were not BAL 29 (fire rated) as ordered so back I went. The screws and fittings are poor quality, the heads of screws kept stripping so I purchased better ones. The anti creep clips o could not be used with BAL 29 boards as gap is only 3mm (no room for drill piece). After calling back Brite I was told they weren't needed, although installation video said they were. My builder who has done many of these installations said he would never use this product again as it increased time. So, the job cost more because of poor management and poor quality. Beware!
