Even though the condition was described as "fair" or "good" the books were like new. I ordered on a Friday night and the books were delivered on Wednesday morning. Not worth the stress – Checkout process is clunky and peculiar, I eventually got through it and then found I had been debited twice for the single order. My first attempt to contact them, support@brotherhoodbooks.com.au was rejected as junk by their server. I appreciate that it's a charity, but never again. Awaiting confirmation of cancellation of the order and full refund of both charges.

Good books, delivery could improve – Good selection of books, quality good for second hand. However, twice now packages have been address incorrectly which is a pain.

been looking for quite a while. Ordering was straight forward and the online pricing for second hand books very reasonable, $6 to $16 for the books I was looking at. Delivery is free for over $40 and I succumbed and ended up ordering more than I needed....but that's my weakness and I'm ok with it. :) Website says 5-7 days for delivery...Ordered on a Sunday night...got the books Wednesday.. And they were well packed with obvious care in bubble wrap. The books themselves were in excellent condition. Honestly my expectations were exceeded here. Unbelievably good service every time! – I've bought second-hand books from the Brotherhood online store 3 times now. The first delivery was so fast I assumed it was a fluke, but my last two orders both arrived one working day after placing the order. The books are cheap, in good condition, safely packaged and exactly as ordered, and free postage as well if you order 3 or more books at a time. Such consistent good service deserves applause!
