follow up but no response so far. I would not recommend ordering from their online website for time sensitive stuff, would just add to the stress you’re experiencing post birth.

When the orders are correct, it’s fine. But let’s hope you don’t get sent the wrong thing, as the customer service team clearly have no desire to help.

now been nearly four weeks since the order was placed, I am currently 13 days postpartum, and I have still not received the refund or any further communication despite following up again five days ago.

This level of service is extremely disappointing, particularly for a business that markets to pregnant and postpartum women. I would not recommend Bubba Bump to expecting mothers.

Incredibly slow dispatch time. Can take a significant amount of time (compared to other similar businesses) before items are even dispatched and you have to chase updates and communication from this business several times. The parcel was sent on 05/12 and has not moved since. I have now had my baby and undergone surgery, meaning I no longer have any use for the kit. Overall, this has been a thoroughly disappointing customer experience.

I’m still waiting 40 days for a baby bed because apparently somewhere in the description it said they were selling the items when they weren’t even ready. Then they cancelled the other half my order due to water damage of their products with just no communication. I really hope the at the least the products are of quality when I receive them. Because the purchasing timeframe and communication has been a joke.

Worst company ever - do not order from here!!!! Pretends she doesn’t receive your emails, takes 2 weeks to dispatch one of the items and then tells you she doesn’t have the rest in stock! How they have the front to sell labour products to pregnant women who clearly need these products quickly I do not know. Don’t waste your time or money. They’re running a sh*t show.

order (when I went back to the site it now stated pre order) & expected delivery would be December. When I didn’t receive my item by January I reached out again & was told due to the business of Xmas they were working hard to get orders out & that it was a sell out item but that my order was definitely on the way in the December batch & they were already working on the next batch of orders which was February. I didn’t receive my item until end of February (5 months of waiting!) well after my baby had arrived so by the time I got to use it my baby didn’t fit the lounger & the zipper fell apart after one use which was super frustrating. If the company had been honest with their timeframes & transparent like they said they are I would’ve let this slide but if you need postpartum items within the expected timeframes of a company that is well stocked then go elsewhere

Absolutely amazing postpartum nappies. They were so comfortable and gentle after my c section, stretchy and easy to get on and off when still sore, and had fantastic absorbency

early induction, and the item that did not arrive being an important item, this added unnecessary stress. Communication was polite but policy-driven, and I didn’t feel genuinely supported. I ended up returning the entire order just to avoid further hassle. Disappointing experience at a time when reliability matters most.

Love this brand! – I’ve ordered off this websites few times for myself and for gifts! Always received amazing quality items and packed beautifully. Even with delayed dispatches during sale periods I have received my order within the time frame listed on the website. I will be ordering again and again! The baby lounges are a must if you are looking!!

end of December, again with no shipping update or courtesy email saying there would be yet another delay. It is almost mid January and I still have not received this item or no update email. After three attempts at asking for an update, they kept responding with ‘we can cancel your order if you’d prefer’ and ‘we needed to respond to the enquires that came through on the weekend first’ I am absolutely appalled at how they have dealt with paying customers. Absolutely DO NOT recommend this company.

concerned it wouldn’t arrive in time. There was no email in return 1-2 days like they say in there automated email. Finally get the shipping email saying the items have shipped however it would have been nice to have received a personalised email with an explanation for the delay or an offer to reimburse me my money because of there delay. No apology or explanation, overall pretty poor customer care!

Purchased items from here based off all the glowing positive reviews but I’m now unsure if my items will arrive in time and regret purchasing through this company due to their lack of communication!!

Nice product but very slow delivery – Beware, nice product but my order took 38 days to be delivered within Australia!!! So if you order this for a present or need it urgently, don’t hold your breath. I was also unable to track the item and had to communicate via email which was nice.

Make post recovery as pleasant as you can – Purchased a few recommended items to make recovery of labour a little more comfortable.. can not recommend enough.. clearly the company have considered long and hard how such a challenging time could be made even slightly more pleasant! Beautiful Baby Bag – Bought this bag as my hospital bag and nappy bag and am very happy with it. Great Quality, loads of room and very stylish. I have recommended them to every mum I know

Not too happy about quality – Looks cheap. Zippers are horrendous. They just buy from a cheap manufacturer and stick their brand. If you google diaper bag you get THE EXACT SAME BAG over and over with different brand and for half the price. Really disappointed as I thought I would be supporting a local product..

Absolutely Amazing Baby Products – I purchase the Bubba Bump baby wrap carrier and their backpack change bag. Both are phenomenal quality and such good prices. I love that it is a small mum run business. The customer service was fantastic. The change bag is perfect- so many pockets and so much room for everything! The baby wrap carrier was half the price of the big name brands and beautiful quality. I will definitely be buying more of their products!
