way to treat my home were provided - one by sales rep who came out and inspected and another by technician who came to do the job. I was confused, annoyed, stressed and should have cancelled there and then. Instead pushy lady from the office talked me down and convinced me to go ahead with the service, whilst assuring me someone would contact me to fully address my concerns - never heard from anyone. Received a reminder to pay invoice several weeks later. Unbelievably bad experience for what should have been a simple process. I do not recommend AT ALL!!!

Great service with professional staff – I have been in the building industry for more than a decade and was referred to Bug Busters by a friend after they had a good experience. The team was prompt and professional and I was very happy with the underslab spray (which they completed for my bathroom floor renovation) I got them to complete my over due perimeter spray. Very happy and will use again next year when it is due

Excellent Service – On time, Technician was very thorough in explaining to me about my Termite treatment. The job was done well. No mess. I will be recommending and using Bug Busters again.

Great service. Fixed my ant problem with no hassle – My partner and I were having trouble getting rid of a heap of ants from invading our home a few months ago and had tried almost everything to stop them from coming inside. After calling Bug Busters, they came by and layed their devices and pellets and we haven't seen an ant since! Wish we just called them in the beginning after wasting heaps on DIY and store-brand chemicals.
