Very friendly and knowledgeable – Very impressed as a first home buyer how friendly the inspector was. He did his work and then showed me all the defects and explained the significance of them, and how they should be addressed. I asked a lot of questions about the property and how things worked and he was able to provide answers and information on everything. The reports were completed a lot quicker than expected as well. I would happily recommend this company to other first home buyers who would benefit from a fair and experienced inspector.
