Hey Corri, thanks for reaching out. That's unfortunate. The problem is that bundll legally requires either an Australian Driver's Licence or Australian Passport to approve you. You can always retry applying if you get ID.

Can I use bundle at the supermarket

Yes if you have Apple Pay, you just set bundll up to your Apple wallet and can use it anywhere Apple Pay/ MasterCard is accepted. I haven’t had any problems using it anyway.

Hey Prudence, thanks for reaching out. Yes, you may use bundll everywhere Mastercard is accepted. That means, online or in store. You can start bundlling by attaching your bundll card details to your digital wallet. It works on both Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Hi! I’ve got a superbundll with a $3k limit. I added a bundll to it last week ($500) and am trying to add my most recent bundll to it (it’s not active) but the option to is greyed out. Do you know why this might be? It was for the bundll period up until yesterday so it’s not an active one.

I tried to pay some bundlls that were due today and it didn't work, so i tried again. It took double the amount from my bank but didn't reflect on the bundll app. After a while I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Now it won't let me log back in. Once i pass the two factor identification and put in a passcode it says "session expired" and takes me back to the start.. (sign up/login).. help please and thankyou.

My bundle app isn't working it keeps clitching, I tried to add to my super bundle twice it didn't work but took $25 twice then I tried to put $100 on my bundle again took it out of my bank but didn't change my amount on my bundle then I tried to rest my phone, still didn't work, I then deleted the app and tried to log back in now it won't let me log back in.

Hi i cannot access my bundll at all I tried changing pincode and now everytime I login it send me a code I put all my details in when I get to the pincode it says it timed out I am now locked out with money on my account and I have an upcoming payment

I signed up and for a $1000 limit, fantastic!
Only issue is, I can’t actually use it. Every time I try to it says ‘declined’.
I spoke to the ‘support’ chat box, but they had no clue either and literally offered no solution or help.
So why does it keep declining? I tried purchases thru the app in the ‘shop’ tab, tried using it at a retail shop via my Apple Pay, and tried using it in a food court-again, via my Apple Pay.
What’s the go?

Hi there, I saw the information saying if we snooze no charge of $2.50 only with min $20. But my bank deduction was $22.50

Each time you snooze your bundll, we’ll take a repayment of $20, which will go towards paying off that bundll, plus a snooze fee of $2.50.
