Pretty sure they have bought out Humm and are now focusing on that. I assume Bundll is closing down. They haven't taken any new accounts for quite some time now already.
I dont know how Bundll can expect people to service their accounts when the app is down so much. I havent been able to sign in for a week now. Keeps coming up with the 'somethings gone wrong' message well they are sure right about that. I think the old adage applies 'cant pay wont pay'. Maybe pay them back on the never never when they get their crap together.
Humm has been around for years. Even had a name change a few years ago. I've been with them for years. Disappointing that bundll is part of humm cause humm is pretty good but a different style of credit
Given Humm shut down their NZ operation, have decided to pull out of the UK and aren't accepting new application here in AUS, you're better off paying them out once they're back online and closing your account. Did that myself after the previous update required them to build the computer to update the app (3 days to update an app - ridiculous). Honestly, can't really see Bundll being around in another 12 months, seeing how every time they update the app, this happens and they end up creating a load of 'bad debts' for themselves. Plenty of other providers out there who offer the same service.
Well, that was quicker than expected. Bundll is shutting down on May 9, 2023. According to the email, if you still have a balance, you'll be able to snooze until it's paid out.
How long will mantanance be going on have not been able to access my account since yesterday noon.
Still no estimate for completion. They've recently posted on Twitter that all direct debits have been paused until the up is running again.

I log in and it keeps saying oops something went wrong an I have zero spent an zero available I've tried logging out an back in but keeps saying it I want to make a payment that's due an I cant

Now it just says hold your phone ther doin maintance I also did the live chat thing an that said the system is down atm an they can't access details to try in 1 or 2 hours

24 hours and still down. Must be manufacturing the computer to update the app. Similar thing happened a few months ago when bank holidays screwed their system. Personally, I think once it's up and running again, time to pay out the balance and close the account. Between the really poor tech support and Humm streamlining, I think Bundll won't be around much longer. They've shut their NZ version down for good and not taking new applications here in Oz. Last thing I want is a debt collector 'buying' their owed debts if they shut the service down here.
i have been logged out of my account now im trying to log back in but im not receiving the two factor authentication text. what is going on? i dont want to be in dept
I'm having the same problem, tried calling them and they say go on chat. Chat says they're having an evacuation? I can't get on there to make a payment, so no idea what to do now.
I tried to login to pay amount oweing on my account but it instantly logged me out and I can’t reset my password. Tried contacting them by chat and it’s disabled saying they have had an evacuation. I’m stressing as I have payments coming out and I need to top up my balance

I just opened the app and automatically it says they are doing maintenance so hopefully it will be fixed and we can log into our accounts *fingers crossed*

Just to update the update is done but I still can't log in
I used my bundle account to do an online purchase and now it looks like it was a scam and have now had money removed from my bundle account from the same company as well as a separate one, I have blocked my account what can I do to get money back and stop further transactions, is there a way to change the card numbers?
You have to get a form from them and fill it out You have to email them I got scam to and I did this and got all me money back I think came back in a form Credit to my account
Why carnt I login last two days
i have been logged out the app , i cant log back in , ive tried a password reset that doesnt work , tried contacting them via the phone says to use the chat function on the website , tried that (verification option) and then the chat disconnects!
It's been almost a week for me and I still can't login

My bundll keeps getting declined when I swipe in store , I have money on my account and I am not behind in any payments , though is letting me purchase some items online but declining on others

Same here $555 and it's been taken from my bank ..bundll showing payment is overdue and card blocked ! Money has disappeared it's been at nearly two days
Apparently they think Twitter is the place to give updates (like a lot of companies today).... Would be nice if they could use the Bundll app's push notification feature to keep us in the loop :rolleyes:

I can't snooze at all!!! App says it's "regualtions"...first I've heard if that. After I've tried to contact them for several days, I just decided to pay it all off, but now it won't let me. It keeps saying "OOPS". LIKE, REALLY!!??? DID they go on extended holiday or something and forget they had Bundll as a supposed legitimate business!?
What was the outcome ? Mine is doing the exact same thing now
After downloading the app, I have no option to create an account. It just says Email, Password, login and forgot password. Iv tried everything! I can not register for an account anywhere Please help x

The Bundll team have said that they’re not accepting anymore registrations at the moment. From what I have read, that latest reviews are mentioning and describing many issues with Bundll and they’re financial aspect of the business. I was told by a Bundll representative “to check in with the app frequently as they are currently (apparently) resolving the issue.

I paid $229 on my bundle app yesterday and it's still not been refeclted on the app but has been taken from my bank ? I can't get a hold of anyone and and when I go to support it kicks me from the screen

Same here! Paid $800 even called my bank it's gone through on their end but nothing on bundl can't even access chat. It's been over 24hours. Not feeling great about it
I paid $210 yesterday morning and it still isn't showing that it been received by bundll but it showing that its gone from my bank to bundll... that's 42 hours later and still not showing on app.... ???
Well I am greatful to know that this is a occuring problem for all of us in the past 48 hours, I'm hopeful for all that it balances out correctly soon or sadly I will be removing my card from the bundll app and closing down the account :'( I was becoming that desperate I considered applying for a job threw the Humm group to correct this issue myself because their customer support is shocking lol

Would be nice if they could sling a free snooze or two our way for all the stress this has caused.
At least they are owning the issue and making it public because otherwise their customers would continue to feel as though money has been stolen. Let's just hope we all see our funds credited.
Well they took out another $500 from my account because the previous payment went to a bundll team party which is where all the support members are now...
Good news it's only taken 5 days but my first payment that I made has finally reflected onto my bundll app, the second payment has not thus far, but all in all to say the least I no longer feel robbed lol

Yes I’ve emailed and they replied. Technical issue and working to resolve it. I think they’ve been hacked

What is error 500
I would also like to know what error 500 is because I haven’t been able to use my bundll card for any payments and whenever I try to add it to my apple wallet it won’t let me and that error shows up

Yes very frustrating for a Pensioner have made 2 payments 1 on Sat and 1 on Sun showed pending yesterday Bank holiday in NSW but my bank has processed those payments today still not showing up in the app whats up Bundll do we have to go back to cash again ? people cant wait for 3-4 days to get a resolution.
Same issue as everyone else No payments have cleared on the app, yet the payment of $220 has been deducted from my bank account. Can't get in touch with anyone and the email option takes 24-48hrs to respond.RIDICULOUS
I have a bundll due tomorrow. Sceptical to make the repayment as I might not have the funds available to me to pay the bills that are connected to the card

I made my payments Monday so hopefully tomorrow it shows then.
Nope mine is now telling me I missed a payment ,,which I assure ,,I did not miss

I wanted to pay my account out and close it just before this began so now I am unsure but I am thinking I may because then anything they try to take after that will be theft. Read their FB page Alan. People are having hundreds taken from their bank accounts when they've already snoozed repayments. It seems that it is getting out of control and the people have no way of stopping it. I will be leaving no money in my bank account so they won't be able to take anything and then I will be seeking compensation for any bank fees I incur.
Mine sorted itself out lastnite ,,,they tried calling me aswell (I don't usually answer strange numbers )
I did a payment of about $500 (using a card that I have used successfully previously) and although the payment went through at my bank's end (shows up as pending transaction), the same is not reflected in Bundll. Just to test, I tried another smaller payment $25 which also went through from bank end.
What happens now? When will this be reflected in my account as the scheduled payment is due in 2 day from the same card once again (about $500)
Also since I have overpaid will this be available for excess funds for usage?
This has happened to me also! And now one of my direct debits has failed.

that's not the same as "BUndll has resolved the issue".and it really shouldn't take so much time to send that update and just shut chat off...if tomorrow there is a genuine problem, fraud etc. then I guess customers are left scratching their heads without support?
And another $485 was taken out of my card because it is repayment day.... ridiculous
Zooter, it is happening to everyone, hundreds of dollars being taken. It started as only being 2 days of payments now it is many more days of payments. I am concerned that is a fraud issue and people will have no way of getting their money back. I am wondering do Bundll even have a record of who has paid what since payments are not being recognised in individual accounts.
@zooter. You are right. Resolved my issue. My measly $100 repayment. I got ahead of myself. Sorry all. Big dollars going awol right now. I’m sure everyone will get fixed. Definitely put a damper on their already damp reputation as per product review.
I'm just wondering has anyone had any issues with superbundll force closing the app when you are trying to use it?
