Worst customer service you’ll ever come across – I brought a bunkers bunk with end ladder; it was damaged when arrived over a month ago I’ve contacted bunkers emails / Facebook and no replies…. The so called “pre drilled” holes didn’t exist, had to measure and drill holes yourself for most of the rails as they don’t pre drill anything, clips weren’t put in properly. quality they make out it does that’s for sure and well there customer service is just pathetic it doesn’t exist like the pre drilled holes.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BUNKERS! – We purchased from Bunkers first week of December. Was told it wouldn’t be ready by Christmas, we accepted that and continued to wait. bunkers and we wanted answers. I called multiple times with zero call backs till I finally received an email only stating now we were looking towards May for delivery due to stock. Customer service is disgusting, no one has to decency to call you, don’t take on the responsibility and keep a customer waiting 4 months before I had to ask for a refund and find elsewhere. This company should not be open full stop or at least stop accepting orders until their stock arrives or they have it on hand. It seems they do this with all their past customers, filled with broken promises. Do not recommend at all!

appalling customer service! I have just obtained a refund and I am so glad. Bunkers was once a reputable brand, but unfortunately this is no longer the case. I do not want any apologies/sorry's from them. I just advise potential buyers to be aware!
Terrible service! LONG delays – I ordered a loft bed in July 2022 for my son’s birthday. I was aware it is a 16 week wait - however i am being told now they can’t guarantee delivery by Christmas. Unfortunately, Bunkers NEVER reached out to inform us they had supply issues. After 20 weeks and me chasing them for an ETA, we have been told they cannot deliver Bunk beds at this time and cannot guarantee when that will change. The bed was for an Airbnb being refurbished, and we are now having to start trying to source a new bunk bed with limited time before guests arrive. Worth reading other past reviews. I'm sure many new customers have recently placed orders with Bunkers, and they can't be delivered. Ready disappointing!

Worst service and flatpack quality I've ever encountered – Ordered the Double Loft Bed with Corner Desk unit. Waited 10 months for delivery of all items! Quality of unit is appalling with some parts not even manufactured correctly (fasteners on wrong side of construction piece) and/or poorly. Bed rocks. Desk shelves came with no attachment to either desk or bed so just sit there. This is the worst piece of furniture I've ever purchased. We'll be seeking a full refund and escalating as required. Terrible customer service and delayed delivery – I ordered bunk beds in August and still haven't received them. The ETA changes each time I contact them without any apology or explanation. They are not proactive and communicative. I have to contact them every month and they are extremely rude each time. Our bunk has finally arrived, and I'm so glad we waited – Our bunk arrived last week after a short delay. With all that's happening in the world today I didn't feel the delay was a deal breaker, and Bunkers kept us up to date the whole time. The disappointment of the wait was quickly forgotten however as soon as we assembled my sons new bunk bed. This is a serious piece of furniture, very high quality. needed this in May for a AirBNB. Its now the middle of May and well into the AirBNB - with bookings already in place and i still await my bunks Despite many calls - none returned - including an escalation mail which I as was assured will be the best way to communicate - I have yet to hear from Bunkers. I did hear from their CEO in a general mail to all saying we will get to you - but no-one else has since communicated a timeframe or alternatives. It would be nice to get communicated to especially when you are months late - to maintain cred in the market - you should be communicating to your clients that have held fast and been patient.
Right now - I still await a delivery tinmeframe - despite many calls - it does seem that the build quality is good from what I have seen - but there is clear issues in the client services team and delivery operations.
I will update this review when the delivery is complete.

Don’t do it! Save yourself the headache! – I have been waiting six months for my order and once received, it was incorrect. had to wait on hold for over 15 minutes, or been told to call back again during office hours, even during the stated office hours. The communication has been pretty horrendous. I haven't received the product yet but I sincerely hope it's worth the effort I have taken to (hopefully) receive some (hopefully) good quality bunk beds. Very late and partial delivery – We ordered the beds in September with delivery in November 2020. We have in January 2021 received partial delivery, as Bunkers have by mistake separated our order , so we do not have the frame. ask where it was, only to be told there’s more delays. I asked whether they could ring me and keep me updated.. nope that didn’t happen, again once an arrival date passed I had to ring. The last time I rang, it was onboard with the delivery driver , so I asked which day to expect delivery so that I could organise to be home and I was told ‘any day now’ with the lady not bothering to find out exactly when... another week passed and it finally arrived. I also had no choice to pick it up, and was asked to pay extra for delivery. What a shame that a company with really good products is being destroyed by a few careless people in customer service.

Not overly sturdy in queen size, but overall a good option for small homes/guest rooms – We have had our queen sized loft bunk for a few months now, and overall we're very happy with it. As other reviewers have mentioned, it does creak with a little provocation, but for general use it isn't a problem. I'm fairly sure the problem would be fixed with some wall brackets. Proud owner of two Bunkers beds – First double bunk bed with storage drawers underneath bought in 2010, second single loft bed bought this year (2017). The quality is fabulous, made in Adelaide and shipped anywhere in Australia. These beds will be passed on through the generations. They don't make horrid squeaky noises when the children move and are the best space savers. Great customer service. Show details
great quality – I have the side ladder midline bunks and they are fantastic and so sturdy. We got them second hand and they are still going strong after years of use. Very easy for my husband to assemble even without instructions as you only have to insert the screws and the nut is incorporated into the wood. So glad we got these instead of cheaper imports. Flimsy and poorly made – The queen loft bed is poorly designed, needs external brackets and requires drilling of screw holes by the customer. Also the T-nut's are flimsy and are easily broken out. Avoid Bunkers loft beds at all costs. Show details
Excellent Product And Customer Service – I found the purchase and delivery of this excellent product seamless. They are a little expensive but the quality makes them definitely worth it. I would highly recommend Bunkers Beds. Super sturdy, they look great and the combinations are endless. I wish we'd purchased one sooner but this one will last us a long time.

were pre-drilled holes in the side rails, there aren't any on the bunk frame where they are meant to go so you have to make the holes yourself and hope that you screw it in straight. Study construction and good choice of both timber colour and bolt colour Need to make own holes in the bunk frame and instructions are included for every product that Bunkers have so very general, not specific enough and can be confusing
