Bushby Cleaning Delete Mould

Getting another lot of it. Notice the difference..mould not come vack..my clients are happy!!!

A $39 purchase and not received. The customer service offered by this company is absolutely appalling. After I ordered they spammed my email address with between 20-30 emails a day. They did not, however, reply to any of my emails asking them to stop. No unsubscribe function. Now I don’t even have anything to show for my purchase. UPDATE the product finally arrived but I can’t use it as the spray bottle contains no sprayer. Emails to the company about this have been ignored.

Hard work doing the cleaning. Used 3m respirator and sealed googles as fumes are intollerable otherwise. After multiple uses of other mould remover products only to have the mould to return, Delete Mould has done the job. Going on 7 months mould free!

As a result they have agreed to update their packaging to reflect more information to help consumers make an informed purchase. ********* I recently tried Delete Mould for the first time, and I must admit, I’m feeling a bit conflicted about my experience. Upon using it, the first thing that hit me was the strong smell of bleach, which is not surprising since the company openly admits that bleach is one of the ingredients. Bushby Cleaning claims to include additional ingredients that act as mould inhibitors for up to two years, but here’s where I hit a roadblock: I couldn’t find any specific information about these ingredients on their website, fact sheet, or on the packaging. This lack of transparency is concerning.

As a consumer, I want to know exactly what I’m using in my home, especially when it comes to products that affect air quality and health. If the product is primarily composed of bleach, I feel like I may have just purchased an expensive bottle of bleach instead of a true mould eradicator.

While the product may have some merit in terms of immediate appearance—after all, it does remove the visible signs of mould—I would feel much more confident using it if the company provided clearer information about its complete ingredient list. Transparency is key in building trust, and I hope Bushby Cleaning takes this feedback to heart in future iterations of their product.

In summary, if you’re looking for a quick fix to make mould look less visible, Delete Mould might fit the bill. But if you’re serious about eradicating mould and finding a long-term solution, I recommend proceeding with caution and seeking out more information before making a decision.
