presuming that would give a better protection. So I’m a returning customer and I’m pretty impressed with the results of protection that Bio-Shield gives.

Yes- this stuff is amazing. I m a repeat buying believer. Be patient though - Like L'Oreals catch phrase - it won't happen overnight but it it will happen- and it keeps on happening for a long time. Works well for shady areas where moss and lichen proliferate. Bio-shield was easy to apply (and safer for me on the roof) and really works, it lives up to its promise - I highly recommend it. I'll be keeping it handy for re-application in years to come!

In 3 months what was black is now gone. We are in a sub tropical environment and our concrete is not suitable for pressure washing too often. This did the job. Very cost affective. Show details ·  1

Just applied bio shield today on a polycarbonate roof with minimum pitch. It was difficult to ensure all lichen remained moist for 15min. Most of the product ran down to the gutter. Only time will tell if it is effective. Stay tuned. Show details

Excellent Product, works very well and stronger in its undiluted form than the other product on market,, BUT, be aware this product while it was a speedy delivery, is shipped from New Zealand, AND, when paying I got hit with international conversion fee from my ANZ bank,, nowhere on the website does it show any of this. I have purchased three orders now, product arrives promptly and in good condition. It was used on our tiled roof and concrete paths, removed black mold and moss deposits, recently used on our community center's asphalt tennis court. Fast delivery, easy to use – Product arrived in Melbourne after 3 business days. Ordered on a Friday and received following Wednesday. Excellent delivery time. I was expecting much longer. Roof area is 240m2 and I appied 2 coats liberally. Could have done with an extra litre as last small area of second coat was a bit light on. for nature to do its job. The applicator was brilliant. Sprayed a good 4-5 metres as claimed. Will write another review as time goes by. One small criticism is the space around the screw lid on the applicator is small and difficult to get a good grip to tighten. This can lead to the nozzle being a bit loose and swivelling. I used a pair of multigrips with extremely light presure to tighten the cap and it worked fine. If a small C spanner or like tool were supplied with the applicator it would really help this product .
