1 Jane  · Waste of money, never did what it clams, emailed company and no reply so don't buy this product
3 catherine n.  · It works well, but is hard to apply. I would like to see it in a container with its own applicator brush sort of like a nail polish but a better brush
1 Jen  · Purchased several months ago - have used several times and the mould disappears however comes back within a few weeks. Disappointed as it was quite pricey.
1 jenny l.  · Absolutely stinks and does nothing Go and spend $2 at the supermarket for a bottle of white vinegar
5 Bri  · Used it on silicon around a sink that was fully black with mould and I left it on overnight and it's all gone. Amazing
3 Natalie Korinfsky  · Pretty good on standard silicone to get rid of black mould. Doesn’t remove pink mould from shower glass clear silicone unfortunately

I purchased product and used it and yes mould disappeared. I noticed the active ingredient seems the same as white king/bleach, sodium hypochlorite . So I used white king undiluted and got the same result. Not sure what the difference is apart from the price. Secondly the dispenser cap has completely split around the top so can't use product Show details

I bought the mould gel and glass cleaner. They were both expensive but gel DID NOT work at all. I feel scammed. I even applied it on generously and redid it and scrubbed it. I want my money back for the gel. I'll keep the glass cleaner cuz it works okay. I should have just bought a sample first. Tsk.

Nothing else worked on the mould in our shower grout and I was highly sceptical that this would work so only bought the smallest tube of mould removal gel… It works really well. I should have bought the larger tube. I told my friend about it and she’s been using it for years. I’m mad that she didn’t tell me about it earlier. I forgot about it… Read more ·  1

and accidentally left it on for 8 hrs instead of 5 hrs and it hasn’t stained or damaged the grout. No scrubbing was required. The small area in the photo and another I treated would have used about $4 worth of gel. The smell was fine with the bathroom door open. Before and after pictures attached. I was a bit gobsmacked at how well it worked and have been telling everyone I know to buy this product. I bought the 300ml tube for $35 with delivery.

Oh my gosh! – Oh my gosh, I'll be honest - I did not believe it when I saw the ads, however, I was left with no choice but to order some of the miracle mould as I had scrubbed my grout that many times with no result. I am absolutely mind blown - this stuff is amazing!!! To think of all those hours I spent scrubbing!! Show details ·  1

The mold remover is the most amazing product I've ever used! I did use it twice in some parts in my shower but after it looked like new. Even my real-estate agent asked the name of this product after seeing my shower and ceiling. It's been 5 months and the mold has not come back. Show details ·  1

Follow-up  · I did not do any surface prep. Just applied the product on the molded areas. Even the ceiling had mold. I have uploaded photos on their page (before and after) For stubborn areas I did use it twice. I have to say do not cheap out in the product you do need generous amount of it. In my shower area I used 300 ml bottle with one cleaning time. I put… Read more

Amazing! – Okay, I’m always skeptical about these kinds of things, but as I’m a renter with a really nice white bathroom, and under the tap area in the combined shower/bath where the water continues to drip constantly, a build up occurred and for the life of me I couldn’t manage to get it off as it’s silicone where the bath has been sealed to the tiles. I… Read more ·  1

thought I’d give it a go.

To start, the bottle itself was bigger than I expected it to be and was fairly happy about that. It comes sealed and with a separate nozzle you attach before usage.

I made sure the room had been cleaned a couple days prior so it wasn’t doing work on unnecessary dirt, then I put it on and left it for 5 hours. Just a side note: it doesn’t smell too bad, after a couple of hours I checked and it had a faint cleaner smell but nothing like your regular mould killer.

As our bathroom has no window, I kept the ceiling fan going the whole time just for the sake of everyone’s health, and shut the door. I periodically checked it through the day and under the product, I could visibly see it working.

When my alarm went off I went and had a quick shower, in the process I used hot water to get rid of it.

I’m actually amazed this works! It didn’t get 100% of it, however I think on a second round that will be gone too. It’s definitely done what it says it does and it looks soooo much better. Worth your money!

Unfulfilled Promises & ZERO Customer Service at Glassguard Australia – I placed an order with Glassguard Australia 13 days ago, hopeful for a smooth transaction. However, as days passed without receiving a tracking number, my concern grew. Five days ago, I reached out to inquire about my order's status, only to learn that my items had neither been packed nor shipped. The explanation provided suggested that the… Read more

company was ‘behind schedule’ with packing orders.

As further days passed, my attempts to seek clarity and resolution through their customer service—via the 1300 number, Live Chat, and email—were met with silence over several days. No one answers the phone, nor is the chat ‘live’. In a stark contrast to this lack of communication, my request for a refund was processed immediately, accompanied only by a generic response devoid of any personal acknowledgment or apology for the inconvenience caused.

This level of neglect from Glassguard Australia is alarmingly indicative of either serious internal issues, supply chain problems, or questionable business ethics. Buyers should be wary of engaging with a company that exhibits such disregard for customer communication and service.

To offer constructive feedback:

Glassguard Australia would greatly benefit from adopting a policy of transparency and honesty with their customers. Should there be issues with stock availability or if products are being drop-shipped from overseas, customers deserve to be informed upfront. Accurate estimates on waiting times, active and responsive customer service on all platforms, and genuine engagement with customer inquiries are crucial for improving the customer experience.

It is unreasonable and extraordinarily frustrating for customers to find themselves in a position where they must chase after the company just to receive basic updates and information.

It works but there are a few tricks to it – This product works well; you can see in the images I have attached (before and only after an hour, it is recommended to leave for 3-5 hours). The few things that I have not seen in the reviews and/or on the box that are worth noting are: 1. Shake WELL before use. The gel and the liquid bit separates in the tube. I have shaken it until I couldn't… Read more ·  1

hear the liquid move and when using it I have realised I could have shaken it even more. I'd say put on a timer and shake it 2+mins after the liquid moving around stops. It would have been nice if they'd put this on the box as an instruction. 2. It's not very easy to work with. The gel is silicone thick and hard to squeeze out of the tube. My hands were cramping by the end of the tube. Get a 'large' size tube squeezer. It would be nice if the product came in a better packaging that included some sort of squeezer. 3. One large tube is not enough product, you need more. I had the 300 ml bottle and it was enough for only the 2 sides of my shower cabin. 2 tubes would have covered the whole shower I believe.

A few other notes: Although hard to squeeze through the tiny hole, this makes the product reach the hard to reach/scrub joints of the shower. The product, in my experience, cannot penetrate under the silicone and remove the mold that has formed there. (We have some clear silicone around the glass panels of the shower cabin) Scrubbing the product in is counter-productive, it's better to let it sit on the area rather then thinning it out by scrubbing. I did not get a very strong bleach smell from this product. I have Mould Away spray (from Aldi) which has a stronger bleach smell and did absolutely nothing to clean my shower.

I would 100% recommend this product.

Flabbergasted that this stuff actually works! I feel like I’ve tried everything else including lots of homemade mixtures and super potent bleaches but the stubborn mould stains in the corners and hard to reach places of the shower haven’t budged. My MIL told me about this stuff two years ago…I wish I’d bought it sooner! Show details ·  1

Australian made. Amazing product - mould between tiles in the grout and the silicone has gone. was wondering if I had to cut the top off and try and squeeze - the all black nozzle lid actually has 2 parts to it. I will be purchasing some more tubes and I think the 2 tube bundle is the best if this is your first purchase. I wish I had got it instead of just the one tube.

The smell was not overbearing either. Fast delivery also. 10/10 I cannot recommend this product highly enough - I told MY friends on Facebook and now they're all keen to buy. Spread the word for an AUSTRALIAN company/product. Refer to their website.

Whether the product works or not is irrelevant because the packaging is serious inferior after purchasing last year in Jan (24), I didn’t use for a couple of months and used twice on bathroom. I then stored product until a few days ago when required and the nozzle detached. I contacted company and despite infrequent use they suggested I purchase again despite having a full tube. No thanks, after service lacking. Show details

I brought the GLASSGUARD® Miracle Mould Removal Gel awhile back and decided to get in out and use it on some mold in the shower. I removed the foil and took the cap off. However when I squeezed the tube only a blob of the gel would come out so I could not spread the gel along the tile grout. This continues to happen. Its almost as though the gel… Read more

has thickened and therefore can not be squeezed out. I think there is something wrong with the product I received. It doesn't appear to have an expiry date so it can't have gone off. I have contacted the company however as it has been over 60 days I have been told I am not eligible for a refund.

My review is based on the fact that I could not use this product. It is expensive for mould remover so not even being able to use it because there was something wrong with it is not okay.

[Content Removed] product - do not use! I applied it to silicone caulking in my shower that is less than a year old and it cracked through the silicone. It now all needs to be replaced at some cost. reply to this with the same comment. No point commenting about what something was designed to do when it does something in reality very differently.

Did the job ! – Like a lot of people, was a bit sceptical but mould on our 2 yo bathroom shower was driving me crazy so thought we would give it a go. My husband said it was VERY hard to squeeze out. First application was about 3 hours, the mould faded. Second application we left for much longer, and much more faded now, almost cannot see where the mould was. … Read more ·  1

False advertising – A [Content Removed] in essence but falsely advertised as environmental friendly. I bought it and could clearly smell bleach upon application. When checked ingredient list, it indeed contains Sodium Hypochlorite, an active ingredient in bleach and is known for its strong oxidizing and disinfecting properties but also harmful to ecosystem. Dishonest business, don’t recommend. Btw, it also broke down the silicone round our sink ):

Only fair results – Removed maybe 50% of the mould under the silicon seal around my bathroom sink. This is after 3 attempts x 4-5 hours dwell time. It looks a little better and certainly nothing else has worked, but the end result is nothing like the photos on Facebook so a bit disappointing. I did get a better result with the tiles in the shower.

Fantastic results – Our shower is old with mould that nothing has shifted - bleach, clove oil, exit mould. I sceptically tried the Miracle Mould gel and it was fantastic. Worked for me – I was very sceptical, I've got an old shower which the grout is questionable at best. Previous owners even put grout over mould. Used one full 300ml and then some more from the second, left on over night. Not perfect, but one hell of a lot better. Feel a lot better about showering in this! Will continue to buy to keep this at bay till I can re do the bathroom . Show details ·  1

Really works! – I did not think this was going to work seeing as it seemed way too good to be true, but it actually is! Easy clean of tile grout and sealant – Absolutely works. Brown removed from white grout overnight. Black spots in sealant completely removed. It’s hard to squeeze out as its a thick gel, but you need it put on thickly. Once applied, leave it, no scrubbing at all. I wiped away the gel the next day and pure white! Show reply

I thought it did nothing then tried again – I thought it didn’t work. Asked around on Facebook, and found out I need to put more on and leave it longer. Had already emailed them and said it didn’t work, and they offered to refund me. I said to send me a new one and I’d try again which they did. So kudos to them.
