Warning warning warning do not purchase from Buy goods stay well away from them they are Scamers. If I could give them no stars I would but this site will not allow it shame on you. Buygoods. Made a purchase of Lipovive I ordered 20 bottles but tried to cancel within 24 hours and despite it have not been dispatched from the warehouse, they still sent it. I was so angry as they did not answer my email for three days and every time I tried to call their phone number no matter what time day or night it said that the phone number was uncontestable. I told buy good this so many times but they only seem to read part of the emails that I sent and do not read them in their entirety so they only answer the questions that they want to. . eventually they got in touch with me and told me to not take delivery of the products when the driver arrived just to send them back with him however the driver at Team global express did not ring my doorbell unless the products at the door I tried to email by goods for almost a week with no response and then took the matter into my own hands paying for the postage and the duty to return the products to the address that they had given so that I could get a full refund and that they would arrive in time as they gave me a time limit to return them by. Buygoods refused to pay the postage and duties that I had paid for Australia Post to return the products. This cost was $111 AUD, I also refuse to return the postage but that they charged me to send the products out. I returned all products without even opening the package, the cost of the products cost me almost $900 AUD and took nearly 3 weeks to arrive, I am i’ve been extremely frustrated and very very angry about the slow and poor customer service and return and refund I received. I believe that they should have refunded me exactly what they charged me and not according to the conversion rates for the US and minus the delivery and Return postage and duties. My advice is do not touch them all their products. They are full on Scam artist and the products and the advertising is not as advertise.

Very poor, I made a purchase yesterday, charged mybank more than the purchase price with no info about them charging more. I've sent multiple emails and made multiple voice messages for contact, cancel order, and refund my money. Buy Goods claim a money back guarantee but are not responding, no calls, no emails despite my communication. It's very poor business practices and against Australian consumer laws. Call me finally! Guarantee is From When You Place The Order Not From When You Get It – The guarantee, when I first saw the ad for Clarisil Pro, said 60 days. What I missed when i placed the order is that it is 60 days from placing the order not from when I received it. Delivery took over 3 weeks so half of the guarantee period was in the delivery. Product did nothing and when I asked for my money back I was told that I was 3 days outside of the warranty because it is not from when I actually received it but when they sent it.
