Hi Nico, when I booked their email said could take up to 7 days for ticket to come through. Mine came through overnight. Hopefully yours is on its way.

Be very careful using BYOJet. I lost $2000. Got to check in told weren't allowed to board with tickets from them. Had to purchase new tickets with booking.com for $2700 to fly. This was only the 10/06/2023. Have been in contact with BYOJet they refuse to refund so will be going through QCAT.
HI Hanna, I really have quite negative experience with BOYjet. I would not advice you to do anything with them. I would not like that you have experience I have. You do not want to start court case only to receive your money.
I cancelled part of my travel arrangements in October 2022 now it's 8th January 2023 I still have not received my refund. How does that ever work??????
I'm still waiting from November and get no help from them at all. All they ever say is "I understand", when clearly they have no idea at all.
I bought flights with Singapore airlines to LAX 4days ago and still not got my tickets. It was $500 cheaper than booking direct with SG, but I am not worried I am not going to see my tickets. I chose BYOjet as it said it was a flight centre company, but I am seriously worried my $8000 has gone down a rabbit hole. Please help what is the hold up releasing SG tickets

No it had to be same airline. I was told also had to be the same route but I believe that has changed now
I am about to book tickets to Japan. May I ask about cancellation protection insurance? If we buy this, can we cancell booking at no cost if one of us get covid-19??
My advice - Book direct with an airline and use your credit card.

Been trying to get hold of BYO jet for weeks to use my credit. Have contacted the the airline who say my credit has been extended another year but cannot get hold of anyone at BYO. Tried emailing. I’ve sat on the phone for at least 1.5 hours twice and a few more tries at different time of day no answer. Does anyone know how to get hold of them?
I have called three times. The first was during the day and I waited 2.5 hours. They told me they need to liaise with the airline and would then call me back within 24 hours. After 30 hours and no returned call, I called them again, this time waiting for over 2 hours. Once I was connected, they put me on hold and then cut me off. Frustratingly they didn’t call me back. The third time, I called at 3am in the morning and they answered straight away. Despite assurances that they would call me back today, I’m still waiting….
I booked to fly Business class to Europe in April 2020. The last I heard was October 2021. When they said they were busy and to wait. I would like to use a credit which I do not have to fly this July but cannot contact them. Should I send the Police to serve them a notice?
Have reached out via email again to another contact I found.
I’ve reported them to ACCC not heard anything back.

Hi, airline cancelled one of our flight on a connecting return flight. I have been contacting byojet customer support for 5 days now non-stop but not getting through as well as sending emails with out any response. Could you please contact me to re-arrange alternative flights?

Gift Card - external link I have applied for my credit to be converted to a gift card using the link above. And it reads that: Thank you for submitting a request to convert your credit. Please give us 7-10 business days to order your gift card with our partners. They will email the gift card to you directly. I did this more than a month ago and have not received anything. Is this a scam? Just so frustrating that my credit has been held for over 2 years and I cannot even get anything back. HELP!!! I have submitted an enquiry via email already. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

They are scammers! I have lost out on my refund after speaking to Virgin directly and they released my funds. Keep hassling them
My flight was cancelled in 2020 due to COVID and a credit note was issued. Can I have a refund rather than credit note , as no one knows when we can travel overseas again, giving the situation with the pandemic hasn’t got any better.

How does one contact BYOjet, either by telephone or email ???? I have been trying to get my booking refund for flights cancelled by the airline since May, that is almost 6 months ago.

Hi guys I got an email from you on 16/9/2020 and it says that you’re currently receiving 2000 refunds per week, and you’re processing them back to the customers. It also says that as soon as you receive my funds you will pass them back to my original form of payment. I closed my credit card that actually was the original form of payment and I need to know what is my next step to get my funds back. Your help is much appreciated. Tatjana
