[Name Removed] did not like the colour we painted the cabin and felt it would affect his building license. However he didnt discuss it with us . Instead he went and complained and gossiped to the strata. The first builder with the area to do so, and many homes have bright colours. We did repaint even though our cabin colour isnt a prohibited colour. The homes in surrounding streets which are actually painted prohibited colour remain the same, Id say their professional Builder didnt go and complain to the strata which triggers a formal process. Poor Customer Service – Company owner came out to do quote and said he would email it through. That was close to one month ago and I heard nothing since . I was ready to purchase a cabin but now relieved I am not as no contact a poor sign of how the company operates. If he wasn’t interested he only had to say so , I had no problem with that . With this attitude I wonder about the quality of the product.
