Worst repair job I’ve ever seen, not to mention the state of the vehicle on return and damages made – Taken my vehicle back three times so far to have problems rectified, one of the worst repair jobs I’ve ever seen, not to mention they broke certain parts of the car that were nothing to do with the repair, and in the end couldn’t seem to care less, I advise no one to take their vehicle here if it’s quality work you’re after

Can Highly reccomend – I recently needed the services of a crash repairer and got several Quotes but chose The Caboolture Crash Repairs one. The Staff were easy to deal with, explained what they were going to do, told me it would be ready at a certain time and date and on that morning received an email verifying it was ready. Damaged my car during repairs! – After having the drivers side door repaired I discovered the entire front of my car was peppered with countless small dents & scratches. They also left splotches of paint & some black gunk & did not replace the aerial which I thought they'd broken but  found much later on the passenger side floor. They denied all responsibility & claimed the "stone strikes" must have been there already. I had a full inspection done on the car before purchase a year ago & did not incur the damage myself. The marks had also been painted over which the manager Dan said was "probably done as a courtesy" at the time of repair. After a lengthy & very stressful battle with Suncorp, they agreed to fix the damage. When I took the car in for an estimation on how long it would take for repair, Dan was on leave & the owner Ian refused to fix the damage as agreed. He told me that Suncorp had told him not to touch the car either.  My mother is dying & I have anxiety & depression. After many stressful months of fighting for justice I've given up for the sake of my health. I would not trust these people with your car.
