The delivery was significantly delayed, causing inconvenience and disruption to our business operations. When I reached out to inquire about the status of the delivery, I was met with inadequate explanations and a lack of accountability. The excuse provided was that they were investigating why the courier had not delivered the oven on time. This delay was unacceptable, and it showcased a lack of efficiency and professionalism on their part.

In light of the frustrating delays and poor customer service, I requested a refund for the purchase since the oven was essential for our business needs, and the delay had caused financial losses. Shockingly, the company was unwilling to process a refund promptly, insisting on needing more time to understand the courier's failure. This unwillingness to refund the amount promptly, despite the evident delay in delivery, is unacceptable and reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and a lack of responsibility.

The overall experience with CafeAppliances.com.au has been extremely disappointing, from the tardy delivery to the lack of empathy and efficiency in handling customer concerns. I strongly advise against engaging with this company for any commercial equipment needs, as their lack of professionalism and customer-centric approach is highly concerning.

Great service and customer care – I bought 3 hose reels used 2 immediately and one had been in storage for 2 years l connected it recently and it was not retracting hose l was out by a couple of days on Warranty but they were kind enough to replace it for me amazing service and customer care
