were cotton. We waited weeks so we emailed several times wanting to know where they were coming from and got a standard reply apologising and thank you for your understanding but they'd be here soon. But still didn't answer my questions of were they based in cairns. Finally got shirts and the second lie became apparent when the shirts weren't cotton and they were way too small. Emailed them back and said we wanted to return and our money back. Then came email after email with different offers like keeping them and getting 30% refund or keeping them and getting a credit note to buy something else. We said no to offers and they sent a return address in China, after many emails backwards and forwards about false advertising where they were etc. We sent them back to China at a cost to us of $25 aud. I sent them receipt that day that it was posted and they said they had to wait until they received product back. (Which I know is normal) we are still waiting after several weeks. My mother in law is 86 she has cancer and not alot of money and only bought from this company as we thought they were local to us in cairns. I told them this. They still wouldn't reply to lie about the shirts not being cotton. Don't buy from this site, it has been one lie after the other. SHAME on you CAIRNS SISTERS BOUTIQUE. YOU RUN YOUR BUSINESS ON DECEIT .

Avoid this company. It’s a scam – This is a Facebook advertised company pretending to be Australian and it’s not. They advertise full refund but when you go to receive a refund because the product received is such poor quality and looks nothing like the advertised product they offer you every other discount possible instead of a refund saying that because we might have to return the product to Asia or somewhere the postage cost would be too great. Scammed, BEWARE – SCAM, buyer beware, waiting to return items and get a refund, on items that came and not as described you pay top $$$ and they are coming from an Asian site, saw one of the same tops I ordered $12 on Temu. STAY CLEAR, I’m now being ghosted, and not getting any response to my emails.
