wish I could give it zero!! paid $200 for a dress it arrived with a brand tag that is on Shein!!! Don't buy from this website! You can get the same dresses on Shein and they don't respond to emails or chat requests. I bpuggt a dress for $330 and found the same dress later on Shein for $76. Buyer beware! They should be taken down. Show details

$135 for the dress and is worth every penny, actually the photo does not do it justice. I would order from here again.

Buyer Beware – I would not recommend this business. Their clothing is very poor quality. You can find the same items at a cheaper price on Aliexprss and Temu… Their returns policy is a disgrace. They will not refund full price items. Never heard of that in Australia. Please beware of this business. Such poor quality clothing and they charge way too much.

at the back was crooked, the buttons were all over the place, not aligned and the spacing was WAY OFF!!!
To make matters worse, the dress was stiched incorrectly in one whole section. Her argument for this was ‘human error’!
I spent thousands on a dress to my size & the ONLY alteration which should have needed fixing was the length which was far from all the issues! String was hanging off the dress in multiple areas also!
These people are a scam! They have signs saying they’re so-called #1 bridal in 2023!

demanded a refund. My niece emailed their accounts department for weeks but got no response so ended up taking them to NCAT - NSW civil and administrative tribunal . Calabro didn’t turn up so it had to be postponed and then they didn’t show up the second time and the letters they received from NCAT WERE MARKED “ Return to sender’ . NCAT found in favour of my niece and send she would get a full refund. Calabro still haven’t responded to it’s off to Court this time where they will be forced to give a full refund plus court cost. Calabro, you company should be ashamed of yourself for such poor service.

reserved for myself and then charged me for the price of a new suit.
The manager then says that I was the only one who wore it when the whole suit was completely creased. How could that happen when I tried the suit on for a minutes and then see the whole suit completely crumpled and smelling a few months after?
I then asked the manager to get the shirt dry cleaned a couple of days before the wedding. When we came to collect it, no dry cleaning was done.
I will never ever recommend this company to anyone.

still had to be altered. My partners dress was MANY sizes too big and they tried to hit her with $$$ for alterations even though it was their stuff up. The brides dress HAD PINS throughout and the bride was lucky not to be poked with them. Many phone calls over a 4 month period to be told "it's all good, it's all good" when we FINALLY got the correct items it was LESS than 24hrs that had to be dressed for their big day.
Absolutely disgusted with the service provided by Calabro, and sincerely hope they read these and get their act together. This business needs to be looked at very carefully before you make any purchases from them.
Highly encourage ANYONE looking for a suit or dress to avoid this business, Save your time and effort and go somewhere that actually gives a damn.
Disappointing – What a disappointment! Yes, they have some nice dresses, and they know how to sell them. We were asked to go for a fitting in February, which we attended...however, after waiting around for about 15 minutes, someone came and said that the dresses were 'nowhere near' ready. We were told to come back on March. This was not acceptable as my daughter's wedding is on the 2nd April, and March is cutting it very fine. We negotiated and were told to come back in mid February.
When we got there, my daughters tried their dresses on . The alterations on the bride's dress looked like they had been done by the work experience kid. My daughter had made and paid for a couple of small requests that she was assured would be done and they weren't attempted.
The Matron of Honour dress had the hem cut (and not stitched) and none...I mean NONE of the alterations had been done. Many of the pins were taken out and the dress was a mess. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. The best option was to take the dresses elsewhere to be fixed. We asked for a refund on the Matron of Honour alterations as they had not been done at all (except for the dodgy hem that was not stitched and had a raw edge). We decided not to bother asking about the bride dress alterations as at least something had been done, albeit very badly.
Getting a $240 refund on the not- attempted alterations on the Matron of Honour gown was an ordeal. They kept promising they would put it in my account, but it never went in. After countless phone calls and a complaint to Fair Trading, they finally put the money in (6 weeks later).
On top of that, the groom also ordered his suit from Calabro's. He went to have a fitting and they had ordered the wrong size (I kid you not!). He had to choose a different suit so he could have one in time for the wedding.
The dress maker that fixed both dresses said that these are not the first dresses from this shop that she has repaired. After dealing with Calabro's at Wetherill Park, I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
I had to give them one star as no stars was not an option!
