The team were willing to give me a refund anyway, and then I was able to order the correct fans. The fans are indeed quiet like it says on the box, and their power is quite good. The fan is beautiful- it’s very aesthetic. It’s become a feature of my patio without taking over the space- such a good balance. The functionality is clever and remote control is excellent and easy. Cons: 1. Noisy / for us it’s been a noisy fan when it’s on level 4+. Also had 2 of our fans make a random ticking noise. It’s been an issue for disturbing sleep.
2. Worst feature of all: Fans with the light - light switches on automatically if you turn the fan/light off at the wall switch (powers off / on). Then turn it back on, the fan beeps very loudly and the LIGHT AUTOMATICALLY TURNS ON! This is a terrible design!
We had to have a new fan installed in our baby’s bedroom because of this annoying feature blasting light into the babys room while baby is sleeping when we only want to turn the fan on.
Which brings us to another highly annoying feature:
3. The remote has a loud beep anytime you operate it. Again, not ideal for turning a fan up or down in a sleeping child’s room without a loud beeping sound at every button press.
4. Remote is super basic and doesn’t show what level it’s on, leaving you to have to press lots of buttons to figure it out.
5. Light is a terrible bright white. I avoid using it at all costs. And is so incredibly annoying when the bright garish light automatically goes on.
6. Lastly, while it looks nice they haven’t bothered to include a cover for the screws at the top - so screw are visible when you’re looking up at the fan. Might not bother some people but when you’re paying a pretty high price compared to their competitors, you’d think they’d polish a few of these features up.
We bought a Fanco fan to replace baby’s room fan and are much happier with the silent buttons, display remote controls, and thank goodness the light doesn’t automatically switch on when power is back on. If I could afford it, I would have all the others replaced too.
I can’t believe none of the other reviews mentioned these disappointing features, so I hope this helps!

My goal was to buy fans with strong wind production and these fans deliver. We have purchased 4 so far, and plan to buy more. Even on the lowest setting they move the air noticeably. I doubt we would even need the settings above 4 (they go 1-6). I like customisable blades. Definitely recommend if you're looking for fans that produce a strong breeze that spreads across the room and are extremely quiet. Show details · 1

recommend to anyone looking to buy! Would also recommend the optional wall switch for anyone replacing current fans but be aware you aren’t able to use 2 way switching with the wall unit.
Cheaper for the electrician to instal as they did not have to instal a seperate light and fan switch. Lots of choices in fan speed, light colour and colour dimness. We went for the wood finish on the blades and we think it looks very stylish. Show details · 1

Excellent design and operation – Slick slim 3-blade design with unobtrusive and dimmable tri-colour light. The fan is quiet and moves a lot of air at speeds #1-3. Blade/air noise can be heard at speeds #4-6, but you'll blow the candles out at those speeds. Show details · 1

Nice fans, however, problems with lights – We have purchased 5 of these fans, they are quite and provide good air flow however 2 have fans have issues with the lights flickering which I understand is a common problem. Excellence in a fan – Our fans have been installed for two weeks now. They do everything a fan should. It is super quiet, even at high speeds, has a great choice of speeds depending on how much air you want to shift, and the light sits unobtrusively in the bottom.
