wonderful customer service – My partner and i were holidaying on the gold coast recently, when we had an issue with some of her jewellery, and my watch. On the same day, earlier, we were in a different location in surfers, when we approached a jeweller and asked for some advice, and were rudely told that they couldn't help us, and we would need to go back to where we came from (Sydney), and seek out services there. we were just about to give up all hope when we stumbled across this beautiful boutique jewellers near where we were staying, and they were so helpful. they fixed my watch, sorted out my partners bangles and offered such warm and friendly advice on hospitality. how awesome...! and how rare is customer service these days....?! Thankyou to the team, and thankyou for all your service. I hope that this shop continues to do well in the future, and i know that weather i buy jewellery from this shop in the future or not, i can rely on them providing honest, truthful, advice
