Caltex Service Station

Caltex Sheffield tasmania is the worst servo ive been to. Owners are ripoffs,service from the young stoner was the worst. Keep driving down the road to the next servo.

I believe that's trash just because I'm not an RAA member I don't get 10c per litre off fuel. That's not nice . Maybe I will avoid Caltex for a while.

The toilets at Caltex “Settlers” Myalup were replaced a few years back due to poor hygienic standards but despite constant feedback to their staff, they are still well below an acceptable level. No SERVICE at Caltex service stations! – Mon 17/2/25 went into Caltex servo at 164 Bennetts Rd Norman Park. As my husband started filling with petrol, myself, my friend and her little granddaughter went in to use the toilet. We were informed there are no toilets! asked if we could use the staff toilet for the little girl. We were refused and told there is a toilet 1km back down the road! I went to the door and called out to my husband that there are no toilets. He stopped the petrol. He had put in 10.63L, he was going to fill the car. While the assistant was pleasant enough, and certainly not his fault that Caltex has taken the SERVICE out of service station, we will be avoiding Caltex servos in the future.

Never again – Wow! I came and the lady behind the corner was on her phone, not acknowledging me at all. Kept talking in a different language. Just expecting me to swipe my card and may. So rude. When I mentioned it, she just said I am talking to my boss. No apology, nothing. Will never ever go there again! Show details

Disgusted – Called into Skipton Caltex today 2/5 the young lady was terribly rude, absolutely no customer service skills, drove to Linton as I would rather not give this place my money. I suggest some training and even a written warning for the utter pig attitude she had. Disgusted Show details

No such thing as customer service – Had a question re Woolworths 4c vouchers and NRMA discounts. It seems it very much depends on which station you go to whether you can apply one or both to your petrol purchase - but none of them let you know BEFORE you fill up - and often the person at the counter can't help or answer the question. it seemed to make contact to ask the question. Got a confirmation that the form was submitted. To date no response - that is over 2 months. Did try to follow up - and just NOTHING! (Note Caltex now Ampol - at least in NSW)

YouFoodz meals, Falsely Advertised, 3 for $25, Jan 11, 2021 – Caltex Service Station 76 Alamein St Beenleigh .4207. Despite the Advertising Sticker for YouFoodz, 3 meals for $25 on the Food Cabinet, which contained about 9 YouFoodz meals, with most having a use by date of 15/1/21. have been there. I left the store, and phoned YouFoodz to complain. The YouFoodz Rep, advised that their Marketing/ Distribution Manager would visit that Service Station to sort out the problem. I also complained to Caltex Customer Service, for the unreliable, and rude, service.
