Beware. Totally scammers. Use PayPal – Use PayPal to buy from these clowns. Total scam. Tried to buy a camera case foam insert for $66. They said 3 days to ship. 2 months later and I’ve emailed them a bunch of times but they don’t reply. Nothing. Then I put in a dispute with PayPal (phew, paid with PayPal). When PayPay send me a message saying they’re going to refund because the… Read more

seller is ignoring them too, at that point Camerafarm email me saying my purchase is unpaid and please deposit money directly into their bank account. I told them to contact me through the PayPal dispute. No further contact from them, in PayPal or otherwise.

I’ve since learned the thing they were selling isn’t even made anymore. There was no way they could sell me one. They just took my money.

I guarantee that if I had deposited the cash in their bank account then I’d never see it or the product ever again.

Do not buy from these people. But if you do, use PayPal so you can get your money back when they scam you.

Bad – The camera I ordered arrived fine and was easily tracked. Luckily, it was in stock. However, a free bag and mini tripod were not included as advertised. Still waiting for a reply email over a week later: I also sent a polite reminder which was also ignored. If you can't trust a business with basic communication skills, what does that say about… Read more

them? I won't be using them again. Especially since I found another online business which had a better price and better understanding of what service is meant to be. The price was good. Woeful communication.

Excellent – Great store to deal with, new owners are reliable and honest with product handling will definatly buy from there again and recommend to friends. I have delt with both camerafarm and techbuy before, great customer service skills always prompt with replys. Not always do they carry stock but which online retailer does have stock on every single part listed? None so far if you understand the concept of online retailers

Bad – If you're after prompt service and delivery, then look elsewhere. I ordered an item and then emailed them about an estimated delivery date. 3 emails and 5 days later I finally get a response, with no apology for the delay, informing me that my order would take several more days. I replied again, asking another question, and still haven't… Read more

received a reply. Hopefully my item will arive one day soon. Prices are reasonable Communication and delivery times are awful

Terrible – If you require quick delivery then go for a retailer that doesnt deceive regarding if they have the items in stock, as there is no excuse for advertising a delivery time without ever possibly having a chance of meeting it. Listed the items I needed at a good price. Site advertised between 1 and 3 days to ship. Mine took 13 days... and only after I had cancelled 2 thirds of the items I ordered otherwise I was looking at *at least* another week!!!

Terrible – Steer clear of them. They are no more reliable ever since being now owned for Techbuy. Too bad since Camerafarm used to be reputable online store. No more. I've used camerafarm to buy manfrotto tripod, head and memory cards. Good communications and service until.... ....they were purchased by Tec Techbuy is a company known to sell goods they do… Read more

not even have stock. One examphbuy.le is that I've ordered a couple of Canon batteries dating back 5 weeks. They keep telling me next week and keep changing their ETA. Luckily I opt to pick up instead of pay and wait.

Camerafarm is longer a reliable service since Techbuy got involved.

Good – Whoever is sick I wish them a speedy recovery. [name censored] - GET BACK ON DECK If it's someone else - get back on deck too. Have always had good over-the-phone relationship with [name censored] One minor hiccup with unavailability of an accessory, more the fault of Canon. Have also had good technical advice from Louisa. than CamerFarm. Have… Read more

purchased 5 (yes, five) cameras & assorted gadgets with no problem. Same as for all internet suppliers - it would be nice to be able to see & handle the product before buying but too far to travel.

Terrible – One has to be VERY wary of dealing with these sorts of get-rich-quick merchants that seem to be flooding online commerce. They're here today - gone tomorrow, and all too often with your money in their pockets. There's hundreds of reputable bricks 'n' mortar camera stores out there - why run the risk of dealing with a company that can't even… Read more

maintain an ongoing web presence? And all to save a lousy $40 or $50 on a $1000 purchase! I'd give Camera Farm a BIG miss. Site seems to have disappeared so unable to list any pros! From reading previous reviews, Camera Farm sounds like a pretty suspect company, as most comments relate to lack of communication with clients regarding order processing and difficulties getting product delivered.

Terrible – very, very dodgy. It was the cheapest price I could find anywhere - but the not connected messgae when I tried to call has put me RIGHT OFF. It'd rather pay an extra 20 bucks and actually get my camera instead of getting $300 ripped off my credit card. The prices look good None of the phone numbers they have listed are connected.
