Good prices, quick delivery and excellent customer service. Bought a Nikon Z5II + 24-120mm F4 + 40mm F2. Total price was at least $500 cheaper than most online stores. Received items shortly and just happens Nikon issues a recall on the camera. I contacted cccwarehouse (as well as Nikon rep) as to what to do about the recall. Nikon rep says it's an evolving situation and they're not sure of the process (parts for the recall aren't even available yet at the time). I had an overseas trip in a months time and could not afford a lengthy repair. Michael from cccwarehouse came to the rescue (quick replies). 1 week later, it was sorted at no extra cost! Thank you team!

first class professional organisation with amazing savings – It was the first time I had purchased an electronic product on line, as the seller was also overseas I was very nervous about sending over $1000 over seas (Call my old fashioned). However confirmation emails and status tracking of my Camera kept me up to date, and within 4 days of sending the Money to Singapore I was taking photos with my new Canon EOS and saved over $1000 in the process. The camera has been faultless. A highly recommended company, I will be purchasing new lenses from this company soon.

Amazing, friendly local service with best prices and fast delivery – Needed a Canon 70-200mm f2.8 ii IS lens within a day, called up CCCW spoke to them to see if this was possible. To be honest I was a bit suss on any camera shop with the words 'Cosmetics' and 'warehouse' in the name. Michael was super helpful on the phone and gave me confidence he could deliver the lens to my doorstep in Sydney next day, despite it coming from Hong Kong (the express delivery cost about $30 extra). I was also worried about warranty as lens came from HK, and he offered me 3rd party 3 year warranty for $33.95 (they still use Canon service for repairs). All up the lens with 3 years warranty and express delivery was way less than best offer from other retailers. Super happy and will use CCCW again.
