Do not use this company. I returned my campervan 37 days ago and am still waiting for the return of my $7,500 security bond, despite the company’s own terms stating refunds are processed within 30 days. I have made multiple phone calls and sent several emails without any resolution or clear timeframe for payment. This delay is unacceptable and in breach of their stated contract terms.
I am now lodging a formal complaint with Consumer Protection WA.
