It will be helpful if your shop assistants at least know the rental rates. That saves us wasting time studying your website. No problem using the website to do an actual booking. Unacceptable if I’m making an enquiry which can be answered in a few seconds. My time is valuable too! Show reply

Quick and easy to pickup and return the trailer, great assistance over the phone in making my booking, no issues and trailer was in good condition. Only downside was I couldn’t tell what kind of trailer brakes it had before pickup but otherwise it went well. Show details · 1
Fairly straightforward forward process to book and pickup a hire trailer. The car trailers are well maintained, solid and tow well. Ramps and winch work as they should. My only complaint is a lack of tie down points in the centre but the front and rear quarters of the frame are sufficient. If you have a lowered car you may need to use some… Read more · 1
small wood blocks in front of the ramps to avoid scraping the bumpers. That's not a fault of the trailer but your fault for having a cool car.

Some minor issues with hire – Trailer’s left hand indicator did not work. When returning trailer , kiosk froze for about 5 minutes causing some frustration. Fantastic service. Easy to book, just go to the servo check in pick up key to unlock and power cable for your vehicle. Hook up, away you go and return when finished. Recommend highly. Move yourself made it easy to pick up a ute late at night my family and I had a last minute move with no access to a car with tow ball or a ute but move yourself made it possible to get ute with tow ball to move our stuff and tow our trailer. We booked an 8x5 trailer 3 weeks before we needed it for a 4 hour hire to move rubbish to the tip. On the day we were to pick it up we were informed that it had been booked by someone else for a 24hour hire worth more money, who had ordered it the night before! This company is completely incompetent and has a terrible business model. We will never use this company again! Show details

Hiring process was fine. Trailer brake lights did not work. Trailer connector needs repair. Right side clearance light inoperative. One flat tyre with not much tread. If you’re going to hire them they should be roadworthy.

The hiring process is simple and the staff that answered when I called was lovely. However the trailer I hired (7725, 3.5t car trailer) was terrible. No tie down points for one, the lights were playing up the whole time and it made my car pull the whole time. Needs love Show reply
