Easy to hire, customer service was great...trailer was in tip top condition, no issues..... Hired to for 2 days to clear out downsizing rubbish and stuff, but finished it in 1 1/2 days, so was very happy to return the trailer early.... the people to hire it from I first drove past OTR and saw trailers so I googled OTR trailer hire but there's no such thing I then rang to book one and that's not possible because it's run by move yourself and not OTR I soon learnt I need to book it online through move yourself.

One way hire Toowoomba to Perth, 12x8x6 furniture trailer. Easy booking, same with pick up, and return in Perth. Unfortunately there was rain across the Nullabor so a bit of water seeped in through the rear, but minimal damage. Trailed well, excellent piece of gear. Would highly recommend this Company and the services it offers.
Follow-up · The towing experience was uneventful largely due to the judicious packing, and the rugged construction of the trailer. The trailer was secured via normal arrangements, the supplied electrical connection worked faultlessly. I did purchase an “over hitch” security lock for overnight stays . I am unable to comment on interior lighting as nothing was done inside the trailer at night or failing light conditions.

used the trailer to move a car to the country, disappointed with the venue, they gave me a dud cord and had to ask for another, and there was no spare wheel on the trailer, which made it technically unroadworthy. had to use it anyway as I could not delay the move another week. the trailer itself worked well and travelled well. happy overall.

I had to go inside and ask for a broom to clean the trailer before we took it, it had rubbish, broken glass, even a smashed mobile phone in it. We couldn't put furniture in it before we cleaned it ourselves. Ridiculous!! Show details

under time pressure to collect your equipment. They should send you a link to all of these T&Cs when you make the booking. Instead, they only send a link to a brief operating procedure when you make the booking. This needs improvement.
To hire a trailer it cost about 15-20% more than what my local hire shops charge. I am happy to pay more for convenience although there were a few things that annoyed me. flickering on and off as it hit bumps in the road ( other drivers telling me they wernt working) Also the spare tyre was old and worn (not road legal) so if I had a flat I would have had problems.

Great trailer to tow, in very good condition. However the light adapter lead could have been a bit longer, to avoid possible damage when trailer is turning. Also I requested a second shackle, due to size of trailer and the trailer having 2 safety slings
