Right hand blinker not working. 1 of the safety chains missing. Leaves hirer at risk of getting a ticket for the blinker and non safety compliance without two chains for the weight of the trailer. Only small box trailer needs one. 6x10ft needs two.

Easy to hire, customer service was great...trailer was in tip top condition, no issues..... Hired to for 2 days to clear out downsizing rubbish and stuff, but finished it in 1 1/2 days, so was very happy to return the trailer early.... This hire was a little bit more expensive than others but totally worth it Nice and convenient easy no Hastle pick up and drop off Perfect trailer for carrying a car. the people to hire it from I first drove past OTR and saw trailers so I googled OTR trailer hire but there's no such thing I then rang to book one and that's not possible because it's run by move yourself and not OTR I soon learnt I need to book it online through move yourself.

Quick convenient and 4hr hire for less than $75 including full insurance. 8x5 caged trailer. Highly recommend Move Yourself. Just a note, someone actually answers the phone if you have any issues or questions.
Follow-up · Trailer was in excellent condition and appeared new. The pick up and drop off was very easy. I have no issues hitching and the staff located at the site are great. I have made mistakes with hire details in the past and the Move Yourself staff have always been very kind and looked after me. I picked the wrong location by accident and they helped me making sure I had no financial impact from my error. I would always come back to this company.
Absolutely awesome customer service second to none. There was a problem with the trailer and there went above and beyond to make sure it was easy for me and I was late at getting it back and I even took care of that thank you so much.
Follow-up · Originally the winch wasn't working, so they replaced trailer immediately. No I didn't get charged a late fee and they resolved any issues immediately and without fuss definitely 5star operation

The trailer was perfect for what we needed. Easy pick up method and drop off. The only issue is that the trailer we received DID NOT HAVE SPARE TYRE ATTACHED. In my opinion not good if a tyre goes on the trailer when driving a distanced. Still used the trailer, but had no communication at reddy shell to reterfiy the problem. SAFTY ISSUE. Show details
Went Okay. System was down in the morning, servo staff did good under the circumstances. Hope you plan better for similar, the hold up was a cost. Trailers functional but a bit daggy, loose bearings and a bit of rust. Still the trailer suited my needs and did the job. Oh and you are a bit on the expensive side for the quality. Cheers. Thr whole process was an easy task, apart from somebody using the trailer park where i picked up my trialer from and no chain being there to lock it up when i returned. The trailer was such a great trailer to tow and use. Show details

Honestly not worth the money I paid. Over $70 for less than an hour of use. Absolute rip off and then when I came back, I was told to use the online kiosk again to check back in. This wasn’t made clear from the get go and then I had to return home and come back to use the d#mn kiosk which wasted my time.

I have been using your service for quite sometimes and the vehicles are exceptionally good and well maintained, however the one that we got today was bit messy and not cleaned and the fuel was partially filled (2 bar were empty) when I took the car at 7am (I have the picture of it). Used the car trailer a couple of times now. Great easy process. Problem with last hire is I noticed there were no locking pins to hold ramps in! Bloody dangerous as they could have bounced free from the rear slides and caused a major incident to those behind me!
