Customer service was great
I received a brand new up graded vehicle from the one I initially chose. Everyone I had contact with from the airport pickup shuttle bus to the return drop off back to the airport were very friendly and helpful. Top job team.

Great, reliable service with great customer service
This is my third hire with Alpha in Sydney and I have never had a bad experience, from booking to collection the process is smooth and simple and there are no hidden chargers or surprises when you make the payment. The car was brand new, clean and was ready to go. Jasmine who served me was friendly, helpful and went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. When I returned the car they were more than willing to help out and make it a quick exchange! I look forward to recommending this hire company to everyone and will see the team in the near future! The car a little disappointing however we got what we paid for. The MG was gutless up even the slightest of hills will definately upgrade next time I book.

I didn't have to get the shuttle so I can't rate that. But otherwise I received good service at the pick up and drop off location and enjoyed driving the hire car about on our holiday without any issues.

The Greatest Service
* Booking was easy, the shuttle bus transfer was fantastic, the friendlyness of the staff and just the whole process was easy that I was be able to be on my trip in no time. Fantastic service
We hired a car from your company for a family visit. We took the shuttle bus from Brisbane airport to your office. I can't speak highly enough of your staff, the check in was quick and fuss free and we were in our way within minutes. the car was well presented and what we expected. The same level of service was provided on the return of the car. Highly recommended

Questions & Answers
Has anyone hired an Alpha pantec truck, been sold the excess cover insurance supposedly reducing the damage to $1250 and not the $6600 maximum claim and then be told after u return with a tree branch scrape on the side that u are not covered as it was not an accident involving others vehicles but a single tree incident and you have to pay more? So the lies told by the sales people are just to get u to pay for something that does not cover you? Any other experiences like this?
