CamTrix is nothing but a scam, won’t work on 5G , asking for a refund is useless, want you too pay for postage, for something that doesn’t work, happy to take my money, but won’t refund for faulty eqipment.Nothing but thieves
Like many I feel like an id*ot by being scammed. Lesson for me is to never buy anything on social media via links etc. This company works very quickly in trying to scam your money eg I was lucky to some extent as my credit card company sent me a text as I was authorising to indicate suspicious activity so I was able to stop that however in the interim the original order via Paypal was on a different card and that was not stopped in time!
Ordered from Camtrix. They failed to deliver the cameras. They failed to respond to my protests. Now trying to get a refund. Fortunately, I used PayPal, and they are doing the work.
Follow-up · PayPal did attempt to get my money back; however, they were unsuccessful. I received no feedback from Camtrix; therefore, I see them as a scam.

Would be a zero star if that was possible. Hard to set up, then won’t work on 5G. The image quality was absolutely garbage. Attached is what the camera showed, vs what my phone camera showed. Exact same location.

Camtrix scam – Garbage cameras that don’t work. YouTube ad promoted as Aussie designed yet are cheap rubbish made in China. Company based in Lithuania. Don’t waste your money! Not HD. Doesn’t hold a charge Can buy same product elsewhere for $5
