unsure about the whole process so I wouldn't have been surprised if they got a bit annoyed by me but they certainly didn't show any annoyance!).

I ended up going ahead with the quote and booked my car in for repair. I dropped the car off when they asked me to drop it off, I received a call on the expected day of completion to say when exactly it would be ready and I got it back at the time they said it would be ready. They also went through the repairs afterwards with me and gave my car back to me cleaner than when I had dropped it off (totally unexpected). It looked great and, in fact, just like new. Now you can't even tell it has been in an accident at all so I have no hesitation in writing this review as I think businesses that do a good job and say what they are doing to do should be rewarded.

end up needing), and also provided a taxi voucher for the pick up and drop off (paid for by NRMA insurance). They are located across from Belconnen Mall and the Belconnen bus interchange, which is convenient. When I picked up the car it had been cleaned inside and out, including the tyres which were given a black shine. The repairs to the rear bumbler looked professional (to my admittedly untrained eye). The inside of the shop front was neat and clean, and there was plenty of parking at the front. All in all, one of the better experiences I have had at a smash repairer or mechanic.
