I used the kids ultra sensitive sunscreen 50 + on myself as well as my grandchildren.Never again! It protected our skin but if a tiny bit got in our eyes ,it stung so bad..If the kids got splashed with water and wiped their eyes they just cried and… Read more

cried until I wiped the sunscreen away.If used on babies they would cry and not be able to communicate that it’s stinging badly.I now use Nivea instead

Follow-up  · I applied the sunscreen as directed.I washed and wiped their eyes to stop it from stinging. The kids cried because of the stinging.I didn’t apply sunscreen close to their eyes. The sunscreen on their forwards merged to their eyes when they were splashed .They don’t have any trouble with Nivea applied the same way.I think it’s the chemical formula being the culprit.

Don’t buy kids zinc – I bought the kids zinc as it was the only one my daughter doesn’t react to (rashes) and the ingredients keep separating. I have damaged carpet, spots all over the internals of my car after one exploded everywhere while my daughter was trying to apply it. This has happened with 3 of them, so not a one off. Show details

Absolute joke!! – Bought the pump bottle of this sunscreen thinking it would be good because its from the cancer council for god sakes!! I now have 5 sunburnt kids along with myself and husband. We applied before leaving the house, reapplied multiple times while we were out and still we got burnt. These products should be banned. Absolute disgrace! Show details

Caused pressure urticaria rash and sensitivity to salt water – I bought this sunscreen for a few summers for myself and my son because it doesn’t have some of the nasty chemicals like parabens and phthalates/fragrances. This year I developed terrible itchy hives along clothes seams, where I sat against the car seat, where the baby carrier presses into my skin etc. It was diagnosed as delayed pressure… Read more

urticaria. I’ve now discovered that it has been caused by this sunscreen and the cancer council sensitive range. This sunscreen also causes my three year old’s skin to sting in salt water eg at the beach. So for those with sensitive skin be alert to these possible issues.
