Warning!! captain nemo’s Helensvale. Sold us a spa knowing it was not even made. Lots of sales talk mostly not accurate information. They just want $$ Won’t refund our over paid deposit.

Very happy with our quality spa and the service we received. Much better than others we checked out. Easy to maintain our spa and we are so impressed by all the bells and whistles we got with it.

Do not trust them. They do not let you know that if an item is not suitable and you do not collect the item they do not refund you. They make you pay up front regardless

Been using captain Nemo's for years and will continue to do so as long as i have a pool. They really seem to know what they are talking about! thanks guys!

Captain Nemos's are hopeless at retail. They quote different prices over the phone than they do when you are in-store. I rang for a price on a pool pump over the phone and when I turned up they told me that the quoted price was wrong and would not honour it. Needless to say I bought my pump elswhere and will never go back. God on you guys!
