Poor customer service. Helensvale – The attitude of one particular staff member was very poor when taking back a faulty item (pool hose). Also when returning another item still in its box, they didn't want to refund me. Made me feel quite embarrassed for doing nothing wrong. Seems they were only interested in the money. Big show no go – Captain Nemos's are hopeless at retail. They quote different prices over the phone than they do when you are in-store. I rang for a price on a pool pump over the phone and when I turned up they told me that the quoted price was wrong and would not honour it. Needless to say I bought my pump elswhere and will never go back. God on you guys! Show details
