Hi, I have been involved in a NOT-at-Fault accident. I need to know if I get a rental car with you, Do i have to pay any out-of-pocket money to have a Zero liability on the rental car. Thanks

Hi Rum, Apologies for the late reply. Thank you for reaching out! We definitely have an option for zero excess on our rentals – if you are eligible for the zero excess there is no cost involved. Hi, I'm insured and not at fault. However my insurer dealing with my claim as though I'm not their customer and looks like a party at fault instead, i.e. high repair cost and low market value (using redbook, glassdoor and damaged vehicle ads in FB and Gumtree). Is this something that you deal with? Thanks

Jason & Brandon gave me a Right to drive BMW car in a few hours. I used the car for over a month until my Write off claim was settled. Efficent, polite staff. In future i will definately contact them again if required. It was a pleasure to deal with Carbiz
