A great on-line shopping experience! – I ordered bathroom scales, and as was very pleasantly surprised when they arrived in about a week. They were well wrapped and in perfect condition. They look just like the advertised scale, as well!

Reselling faulty and damaged products – Faulty gulliotine that damaged 200$ of my own equipment. Tried to return it, auspost damaged it. They yelled at me for an hour saying they couldn't resell the faulty product anymore. Do not buy. They are dodgy.

Poor order management, removing bad reviews – Product I purchased was listed as ' 14 in stock' so I ordered it. One week later and I had no shipping details. I emailed to ask and was told there was an inventory issue and they didn't actually have it in stock. wait an additional 6 days for the product to come back into stock before it would be sent. I asked how long the shipping process would take once it was shipped. Customer service didn't answer this question, instead telling me again that they would ship it when it was in stock. It is now 2 days after they said it would be back in stock and shipped out and I am still yet to receive any tracking information.

I then posted this review to their website, but after refreshing the page, saw that it was not there despite the reviews being listed chronologically. All their other reviews are 5 stars. My 1 star review does not appear in that list, so they only show their 5 star reviews which is misleading and dishonest. This is why I have posted it here.

very coincidentally, within 24 hours received five identical unrelated spam emails from different senders - so as well as harvesting my data they've clearly either on-sold it or run these scams on the side themselves. It's a hard NO from me - ethical/legit businesses do not operate this way.
