constantly twisting, can’t wait for the season to end and I can get rid of them as I couldn’t afford to buy another lol of winter rugs to replace them, will never buy again

Would not recommend at all – Rug fit my horse in the body however the neck would have suited a girraff. The buckle for the head peice loosens itself off so my horse wound up spending th3 night with the head down over his eyes --- thankfully he wasn't hurt. Upon contacting caribu I was told the rug didn't fit my horse and that they couldn't help me !!! Extremely disappointed in not only the quality of the rug but also in the customer service I received.

Not happy – I’m an electrician and somehow my work email has ended up on this company’s mailing list without my consent. I may have not purchased their product, however you cannot sign someone up to their mailing list without their consent, I shouldn’t have to unsubscribe from something I never subscribed to in the first place.

Poor products – Customer service e is terrible. Products broke quickly and customer service pretended to be confused by my email. Totally unhelpful!

Great quality – Love the rugs! Great price & quality. Wont shop anywhere else

Poorly made product – Bought Kingsley rugs for my horses and the stitching on the shoulder insert lasted 4 weeks. Not up to scratch my jeans have stronger stitches and I’m not 600kg.

Used to love them – I’m not sure what happened but they used to fit my horse great. My horse hasn’t suddenly changed shape but all the new rugs I’ve bought either rub her either or cut in in front her either so badly it was changing her shape. A couple of weeks without them and she’s going back to normal. I’m going back the weatherbeeta and selling all my new caribou rugs.

Customer service staffers let the team down – I've been a Caribu customer for years. The only thing I've found disappointing about the rugs has been the weak clips. I order a couple of combos for summer and winter every season. Last week though, the order of two summer ripstop rugs in a 5'9" size was messed up and 2x 4'6" rugs arrived instead. and was at first told there was no order, then that I had ordered the wrong size so would have to pay for the return postage. All while she talked over the top of me as I tried to answer her questions. What a shame. Caribu used to be great to deal with. Will have to find another rug supplier. :(

Good quality but sizing completely off – I recently bought two rug combo’s in 6’6, one rainsheet and one hybrid cotton. Rainsheet fits perfectly and is excellent quality but cotton was way oversized, despite the fact they were both meant to be the same size. stated on their website that summer rugs are oversized? I have since since returned the rug and couldn’t exchange as the 6’3 was out of stock. Now I am out $20, 1/4 of the price of the cotton, because I had to pay for postage back as it was a “change of mind”. When you order two rugs of the same size you expect them to be the same. While the rainsheet is excellent this experience has been quite disappointing.
