Easy, no fuss experience – After hitting a kangaroo, my car needed to be repaired. Crash repair companies were really busy but this company had a shorter waiting time than most, so I booked my car in. The employee who assessed the damage was friendly and helpful. A date to bring the car in was set and I was informed that it would take around one or one-and-a-half weeks.… Read more

True to their word, I got it back in one week. The whole process was straightforward and no fuss. My car is fixed, looks great and, as a bonus, is very clean.

Below average – My partner found her car parked has been reversed into and the doors and part o the side needed repair. The only choice for repairer was Mile End (absolute utter [Content Removed]) or Carisbrook. Took the car to them explained that in the past I worked in a crash repair shop for 4 years and I knew my stuff, was assured that they were nothing like… Read more

Mile End trashy workshop and they do excellent job. Not so! We arrived traveling from the southern suburbs to pick up the car (after a way longer time that the repair should take) and it turned out that the promised supposedly "new" door, was a sourced old door painted with a visible dent in it before addressing the fixing of it first. They've acknowledged the need for re-repair OK, but as we just returned the borrowed car we requested a Carisbrook hire car to be able to get to work as this situation was not our fault, but we were denied. Only after a "strong level of insistence" we were finally provided with an old little hatch free of charge for the duration of the re-repair. A plus, but frankly it should not be seen as a big favour on the part of the at fault crash repair company, but an automatic offer. Our car was picked up re-repaired the following late afternoon after an unnecessary second trip from the southern suburbs. Before collecting the car I've met there an older gentleman who started talking to me about his Carisbrook experience and it turned out, it was his third consecutive trip to pick up his SUV after the re-repairs on his car had to be fixed again. I will not use Carisbrook again and I suggest anyone else thinks twice about it.

Great job, not so great communication – Had my car there for a bit over a week to have some minor damage repaired and parts replaced. The repair was a great job, which I'm thankful for and is the most important thing. The update text messages were great so I knew what stage the car was at and could gauge an estimate on when it might be done. The last communication was a text saying it's… Read more

in reassembly, and heard nothing after that. Tried to call on Saturday for an update but the automated message said I called out of hours when they do in fact work Saturday mornings. Called up Tuesday and they said it was ready Friday afternoon! I should have been told so that I could have it by the weekend and not have to drive a smelly hire car for another 4 days...

EXCELLENT JOB – Car was repaired and they washed and detailed the whole body, cleaned the alloy wheels and blackened the tyres. I only expected the front bumper to be fixed and to have the car washed and come back fully detailed was a bonus. Certainly recommended
