Beautiful, soft, thick linen duvet covers and pillowcases. This is one of the better linen brands, and I buy a lot of bedlinen from a lot of different places. Love the variety of colours and prints too, it's so boring seeing the same beige and white with the occasional dark blue or green from most brands. I'm only taking off one star because they are a bit pricey and they don't offer many sales.
Arrogant and dismissive – I enquired about purchasing some Carlotta and Gee sheets, and when interacting with one of the founders, my experience was that they were arrogant and dismissive. I'm glad I ended up purchasing with Society of Wanderers, who have incredible products and customer service to match.
Uncomfortable, overpriced sheets – These bedsheets were so scratchy and uncomfortable my partner describes them is sleeping in a hessian bag! Yet they charged over $600 for two pieces from a brand that taught themselves as luxury and comfort And will not let me return them despite bungling to aspects of the order that I had originally placed. I am extremely disappointed with the value and quality of the product. They only published one of my reviews on their own website so I feel it necessary to share my experience here.
