very low irritant and amazing to use after shaving and waxing to prevent redness , and perfect for any rashes. This cream is truly unparalleled on the market. We cannot live without it , it gets dragged along on every holiday we go to - decantered into small containers for everything!

Stops itching – This cream works very well to stop itching and calm eczema, though it doesn't smell great. However, for many people, including myself, after some time, it may stop being effective. Well that's my experience, hope it helps someone. Also, on top of any eczema cream, I also use a layer of heavy moisturiser cream, prevents drying out. Most eczema creams only stop itching, and are not sufficiently moisturising. Caroline's does the job it claims - stops itching. Good luck!

my skin. I've never had an adverse reaction to this but I suppose it's also highly dependent on if you personally react to certain ingredients etc so patch testing would be wise.

Red reaction – Unfortunately I had a very red reaction, I thought it may improve my rosacea but I ended up looking like I was badly sunburnt. Such a shame as I had heard very good reviews.

Then they told me I had gotten an email from them that said they were out of stock and I had to wait 2 weeks before they could send my order- this email was apparently sent before my invoice email. But it had been 3 weeks and they still hadn't sent my order! Then they say another 2 weeks referring to an email they only know about that confirmed a 2 week delay sent 3 weeks ago.

I think they are a scam website, I got my money back because I used PayPal.

Not impressed, only made it worse – I’ve been using this cream for a week and thought my eczema would improve and get better due to the advertisements on tv, however it only made it worse and more irritated. Would not recommend this product to anyone. My eczema has never been this bad before. Not impressed at all.

My favorite body moisturiser – While I have only two or three very small spots of eczema due to my very dry skin, I have found this moisturizer to be one of the best. It feels very smoothing. Overall I prefer Caroline's cream above all other products especially when the weather outside is dry and/or cold. During a hot and humid climate I tend to prefer a lighter lotion such as Moogoo.

I thought it would do for now until I could find something more suitable. My skin is dry and flaky in some spots, and is like an oil slick in others. It has spots of discolouration where it almost looks yellow and red patches all over. It has been a constant problem since I was about 12 years old and nothing has really been able to fix it for any length of time. I started using the cream on my face and it seemed to make it even worse. My dry patches were dryer and my oily patches oilier. My discoloured patches had gone almost Simpson yellow. I don't know why I continued to persist with this cream but I am so glad that I did. After about a month my skin reached some sort of equilibrium. The patches are gone. My face is as soft as silk. My skin literally looks like it belongs to a 7 year old. There are no oily or dry patches. This cream has actually changed my life and the way I see myself. after a while it was as if my hands were just getting dryer with each use, causing severe cracking. Discontinuing use for a few weeks then restarting had the same result - I'd put it on before bed and wake up with hands cracked like little paper cuts all over them. Have wanted to try it on my toddler’s eczema but am too scared. Am perplexed about the shift in results in my experience.

Best product for babies – My baby had eczema on 90% of his body. I tried numerous other products which failed before I was recommended Caroline's cream. It's cleared his skin up and provided great relief. Thank you!

Like waterdid not – Did not do a thing. Was like a watered down cream I thought someone has finally found something that works and decided to make it. Had absolutley no reaction to my hands dont buy it or they should make a trail size. Because its not cheap

Amazing!!! – My daughter suffered from eczema for many years. She was continually on several forms of cortisone creams and tablets.... A pharmacist suggested Caroline's cream. It keeps her eczema at bay and rarely has any outbreaks....

until I was prescribed Elecon and the eczema significantly calmed down within 2 nights. Since I have so much left over, I use it as a moisturiser for my back acne. It worked a tiny bit with consistent use but I have a feeling it wasn't necessarily this Cream's workings, it was just the fact that my back needed moisture... When I use it as a moisturiser for my legs, it leaves it feeling even more dry which I found extremely odd. Using it on the insides of my elbows did, however, prevent my eczema in that area from flaring up. I can say it's SOMEWHAT a preventative cream for some sensitive areas if there is no irritation present to begin with, but it definitely doesn't help (well, it didn't for me) the irritation to go away when it is already there.

Wouldn't use any other cream – This incredible product is so good for sensitive skin. I use it from face to body and it's perfect for all. Non greasy, no smell at all that I can detect. I hope I can continue to purchase this economical quality product for the rest of my life! Interesting that some of the other reviewers use it on their animals with good result. Hadn't thought of that.

Really the Best Cream and its Australian – This cream cured my skin problem totally and forever. My palms were painful, red and totally embarrassing but I've said this before. My new info is that it works on my staffie who is allergic to the terrible wondering dew and it works really fast too! The real Carolyn may not ever read this but, thanks Carolyn :) go girl!

After smell – I found this cream to be excellent for itchy skin and bites. Although the smell of it is satisfactory when applying it, it quickly develops a very horrible smell. Perhaps it could be further researched to establish what causes the smell and whether it is possible to eliminate it. The after-smell is disgusting!

JUST BRILLIANT – My daughter had really bad dermatitis on her hands and we had tried all the prescription creams with no success. product for any type of skin / I dig it heaps though when I try to use the Carolines tube pack the cream just drops out my hand so I prefer the Carolines pump pack / the towradgi gold cross chemist stated they had some on order / can't wait till the stock arrives so I can buy some more even though it's a bit expensive at about 30 dollars I consider it worth every dollar spent on it

Highly recommend Caroline's Products – I have had allergic dermatitis which has been getting worse over 12 months constant symptoms. I used Caroline's shower wash and felt instant relief. I went back and purchased the cream which I now use after showering with the shower cream. My skin has made some recovery, and still going after 1 week. Amazing!!!!! – My 15mo has always had eczema on his fingers, ankles, neck and around his mouth Iv tried numerous products such as qv oil, qv body wash, moo goo cream, cetaphil, goats soap, sorbolene, kenkay body wash all were no good and made it worse. Excellent! Worked better than hydrocortisone or dr's cream – Was diagnosed with atopic dermititis, tried everything which just aggravated it, finally my own chemist recommended Caroline's cream together with coal tar cream.. A week later my arms are transformed! Only have a couple of areas to clear up. Using the all purpose shower gel and cream... And doesnt sting!!! Works

It has a nice scent and goes straight into the skin. No mess. Maybe the smaller cream tube opening could be smaller or the cream made slightly thicker as it runs out too quickly.

for over 40 years and the last 10 years have been severe, I was even in hospital for 5 weeks . Medications made me sick and it also created further health problems hence why I chose to give up treatments.

hadn't, but since it was a lot cheaper than what the doctor wanted me get, i thought id give it a whirl. Best thing iv ever done iv been using this stuff for 6 months now and its fantastic wont ever use anything else, my skin has never felt so hydrated and my eczema is gone. cheap and works

happy! The fact that it is Australian made and all from natural ingredients. that something really works. Texture is quite runny so I have to keep it in the fridge. There is a slight smell to it afterwards on my skin but not when I immediately put it on. It reminds me a bit of egg smell?? Quite price also - it would be good if price was lowered slightly

a few months now twice a day (as well as the wash/shampoo) and it really does work. Took about a week to have an effect but since then has kept eczema and dry skin at bay. Her skin feels really hydrated. If her eczema flairs up, she ups the times a day she applies the cream, I'd definitely recommend it!

I find the texture to be just right (certainly doesn't need the fridge in Melbourne), no strong smell and doesn't sting (unlike some other natural creams). She happily applies it with no encouragement - a big battle won! It works!
