Don't buy generic products ! – I ordered an OKI cartridge on Amazon for my OKI MC361 Photocopier... It was described as OKI Compatible. The carton that arrived was not the advertised one. It was not compatible and has damaged my photocopier which I have now replaced. The seller contacted me stating it was compatible & later claimed it was a technical issue which they had resolved and the case was closed and I would not get a refund.
